    Bought a used motor to find out that it had a crack in the head. Called and talked to Nathan he said bring it back so they could look at it. Bryan helped me when I got there. He took a look at the head and he swapped the engine, no hassles and they stood behind their 90 day guarantee. Good guys. Thank you Bryan.

    I am in Mississippi and called Auto World about a part I needed. They had it in stock and they could ship it to me, which was a plus. I received it the next day. Will definitely be using again. Great customer service as well, Caleb and Nathan were so helpful. Awesome job guys!!

    These guys are awesome! Bryant was super helpful and friendly and answered all my questions with patience as I asked about a million of them. Caleb and Brayden went above and beyond locating my parts in the yard. Highly recommended if you need parts and don't want to pay an arm and a leg.

    Went by the shop and asked for a rim for my car. They said they could get one the next day. They called and said the rim had arrived, so I went to pick it up. Then went to get my tire put on. Everything worked out great. I'm very happy!

    Bad customer service I called twice about parts not helpful at all instead of helping me find what I need pushing money out the door if you don't give them an exact part/year people have different reasons for calling for parts it's not all about stock parts for any particular car there are changes from one year to another, more if you have it and part number or description.

    These guys went above and beyond to help me out. Raymond was very professional on the phone and when I got him my VIN, he had the no problem spending a minute, all the while the phones were ringing off the hook, to look up the right parts... Alex was the bomb, he contacted several places and saved me a chunk of money, while keeping a smile and great attitude, these guys are the meaning of customer service.... Thank y'all so much...     Went to auto world to get a set of bucket seats to retrofit into a jeep called on the phone guy was nice and said no problem’s price range between 50 and $100 got there and they told me that I had to know exactly what vehicle what year and what model and trim package the seats That I won’t come out of. I told them that I am retrofitting them like I spoke to you on the phone about and that it does not really matter just looking for a decent set of seats preferably in black told me that they did not have time to fool with me have never had a business treat me like that as a paying customer and literally tell me they don’t have time to fool with me, or to help me find a part

    I bought a part from them and they gave me the wrong part .. Then they want to charge me a 25 percent restock fee,when it was not my fault they gave me the wrong part.. on the receipt it says you have a 3 month warranty on parts unless stated on invoice and I pointed that out to them and they told me I was be pedi .. and online it says all parts have a 90 day warranty!!! And don’t feel sorry for Nathan that is sitting in a wheel chair nothing wrong with him he walks just fine !!!

    The absolute WORST experience with these people. I got baited and switched when I thought I found an excellent used part (driver's seat to be exact) from a photo that they had online of a car that only had 50K miles on it. The seat looked very clean in the picture. I drove all the way to Mobile from Birmingham to get it only to be shown an entirely different vehicle with the seat rusted to the point that it's falling apart. I was assured by Bryan that the part was there and they will be waiting for me. Counselman took care of me though. I had help from Heritage as well as the Pull-A-Part store when I told them about my experience with Auto World. Seems as though I'm not the only one who has had problems with them.

    Called ahead about a part I needed, drove down, and was gone in 30 minutes. Part was pulled with no damage and in good shape, installed in truck, works perfect.

    My attorney had my jeep sent to them too inspect after i had the back brakes worked on by a local tire store and my brakes went out on it and i wrecked it. Well they had my jeep approximately 3 weeks doing a inspection on it,the jeep wasnt running when they picked it up from my house and when they brought it back to me,so i had it towed after i got it back from them to be worked on and the day i got it back i was coming home when one of my back tires came off as im going down the road in it and when i finally spoken to them they tried laying blame on the other mechanic, that fixed it and the other mechanic never touched the back tires at all. And is willing to go too court with me to testify against them. The first time i got to drive my jeep after getting it back from auto world where they done a inspection on it was the first time it could be driven and thats when my tire came off roughly 2 weeks after getting it back from auto world he knows it wasnt running when they delivered back to my home he even said so himself on the phone with me where i had it on speaker so there is other witnesses of his statement as well NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN !!! I will be seeing them in court ..
