I called to see if they took junk cars, he said he didnt to call some other place, i proceeded to ask for the number he said he didnt have it then hung up as i was asking the name of the place again. Thats rude

Just called for an ECM! Guy who answers the phone was rude. Didn’t even give me time to ask my question. Hung the phone up in my face. Sounded as if he didn’t want to do his job

I don’t think the scale works . I was quoted 400lbs when the steel was closer to 200lbs . I have felt with royal street junk many times in the past but after my last experience with them I won’t be coming back. Kinda shady
