Really nice well organized pick and pull style junkyard. They have a nice members program, and will send discount texts throughout the year. It's a really nice junkyard model that is really efficient and easy to work with. They rent golf carts if you're handicapped (or lazy). Nice selection of always rotating vehicles. I suggest you bring lots of water in the summer because it's going to be hot hot hot, and in the winter... obviously dress warm. The staff at this location are pretty nice, and treated me fairly at the checkout. There's a lot of discretion there when it comes to how you're going to get charged, so a pleasant attitude and a smile from you will go a long long way towards an enjoyable experience for you.

Brooke and Lexi make shopping at this location a seamless and perfect transaction each and everytime. I'm a weekly regular at this location and it's great to see leadership like this under one roof. They bring the full team together to get the job done. While I'm seeing a lot of new faces behind the counters and working the yard lately, I have high hopes for the growth of the location with the team at hand.

Sophia is always so helpful and if she’s not sure, there’s no leg pulling; she’ll explain real quick “I’m not sure about that but if I can I’ll try to find out” etc.. I like how their inventory is spaced out and in order. It makes all the difference and I feel safe going there to get parts because I can see. Sometimes even if I don’t want anything I’ll just go to see what’s there just to look 👀 around. They’re a welcomed addition to the Mobile, AL business scene and I for 1 am glad they’re here!

Similar experience to other do it yourself type of auto salvage yards. Look up your vehicle(s) and go hunt them down for your parts. Entry is $2 for non members. I was lucky enough to find what I needed on the cheap and got out quick.

I went in Monday and asked about part and could someone pull it for me. The guy at the counter told me someone Wednesday could do it. I got there Wednesday and this half he/she happily told me that the guys that pull the part could not do it for me. Bad communication skills from the first person I spoke with. Both the guy from Monday and human from today was not very helpful and customer service skills is savage!!!

There system was very helpful in determining compatibility of vehicles I could only search for thale specific vehicle year make and model which didn't help me at all. Staff also were not very knowledgable about vehicles. Need better resources and data to find compatibility parts.

After driving 40 minutes from Baldwin county to get a part arriving at 330 pm on Sunday to get a part just to have them close the doors in my face. Attempted to call 3 times to no luck only a virtual machine that doesn't work. I love this place, but their service of communication is zero, and hours of operation is wrong and if not carful a waste of time when time is of the essence.

If you need an affordable engine or body parts save yourself the aggravation....Engine short blocks are literally more than double the price of Barry's u pull it. Complete engines also double the price. And if you want a diesel I hope you have some lube or something's gonna tear... I'd wager 85 percent of parts they sell can be bought off eBay for less. For high production common car models it simply isn't worth it anymore.

I have always liked going to the Pull A Part in Mobile Alabama for the part’s that I need. The staff there are always very helpful and courteous people and they make sure you understand the return policy before you leave. I will recommend to all of my friends and family if they need any used parts this is the place to go!!!

Good enough service. I bought a used vehicle here and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and efficient the staff was. Only complaint is I wasn't made aware of a the $62 service charge for using a card instead of cash. That sucked. But all in all I'd recommend to a friend and let them know to bring cash in hand ahead of time.

The Customer Service was Cool and I appreciated the cart rental especially for customers with mobility issues. 2 Complaints: 1. They need to provide some type of platforms for customers to be able to stand on especially since the have elevated their vehicles with multiple rims that makes it so hard to reach parts under the hood. 2. Their pricing differs from what's advertised online but yet reasonable.

eat return service, intuitive location finder, nice wash station. I’m sold.

Today was a hard day. I needed a golf cart to get around but there were none available. I assume Anna is the manager. She offered me a chair and a bottle of water and assured me one be back to rent soon. She was correct. I only had to chill for about 10 minutes. I got what I needed and was out of there quick. Thanks !

Terrible experience with mobile pull a part. They were to come pick up a car at my house. They were within 2 miles yesterday, and decided they couldn't do it and rescheduled me for this morning. They said it would be between 8 and 10 am or icould call at 10, so I called at ten cause they weren't here. These people were more concerned about who told me I was allowed to call before 2 30 pm then they were about everything they told me about my pi kup being wrong. The last person I talked too said I shouldn't have been allowed to call so early and refused to transfer me to dispatch. So I called the driver himself, and he said he would be here asap. They had some smaller runs first.hhe said probably closer to the end of the day. I believe he was the only reasonable person I've spoken with in the past 3 days. I and my family have been pull apart customers for years. I understand tat things happen. What I don't understand is why these employees continue to try to make me feel as if I'm the one doing something wrong.

Best junkyard experience I’ve had. I’m a VIP member and I visit regularly. They seem very well organized, the staff is always friendly and never hassles me, and the yard seems to have good turnover on vehicles. I’ve never had a problem here. The prices seem high on a few things I’ve bought, but I’m willing to pay more for all the amenities they provide. Great return service, intuitive location finder, nice wash station. I’m sold.

Prices are getting too high. They wanted almost $50 for a CV axle and then a core charge, this fee and that fee and then tax. By the time I would have paid - the cost would have been well over $70 for a used and worn shaft. I can get a pair of axles new from eBay for $100. It didn't used to be this expensive to buy from P-a-P, but corporate greed is getting thick

Went today. Found one of three parts I was looking for but it was the color I needed and the price was better than I ever expected. A young man's and a little older lady were very nice and helpful but, the rest of the staff wasnt friendly at all. I'll be going back.

When you enter, you pay entrance fee, take a photo and continue on. They have wheelbarrows available, but I don't know if you have to pay to use them. They do offer to pull a part for you, again I don't know if there is a fee. I think foreign vehicles are on the right, domestics are on the left. After you pull the part, take it to the registers to pay. It's a better setup than other places. I believe they have a website so you can see if they have the vehicle or similar in their stock before you even get there. You can call also.

The yard is good, but I’ve tried doing their “cash for clunkers” deal and it’s been nothing but trouble. Every time I’ve done it, they say they’ll send a tow truck over to pick up my vehicle, but they NEVER call back and they NEVER show up to get the vehicle. They don’t seem to care since it’s the same thing all over again. Don’t EVER use their “cash for clunkers” service. You’ll wait for them to call and they never do. Total waste of time and I expected more from an actual company. Save your time and just use a different company.

Awesome! This is the cleanest, most organized facility of it's type I have ever had the pleasure of visiting and utilizing. I'll be back! I do, however, wish they would include a photo of the cars in inventory when you do searches. I'm looking for a door and the only vehicle that matches is in Birmingham. I'd really hate to drive the 5 hours to Birmingham only to find out that the vehicle has been wrecked on the door I need. Otherwise, great place & great staff!
- NNick B
This place kind of sucks. They'll nickel and dime you to death. If you buy a door, they'll charge you for the door, door trim, door panel, door handle, door lock, window glass, window regulator, window regulator motor, door switch, speaker or speakers, door hinges and anything else that's attached to it. Honestly, by the time that all adds up, you might as well call somewhere that already has the door pulled. I bought a center console that had a built in cigarette lighter and ashtray... Thy charged me for a center console, center console lid, ash tray, cigarette lighter and were looking for other things they could charge me for.
- LLucas Phillips
This place used to be great and a definite recommend to anyone who would listen. Not much advantage anymore though, pricing is almost equivalent to auto stores where the parts are new and you don't have to do any work. No longer friendly or 'local'. Best to make the drive to Barry's or any other junk yard.
- MM Clarke
Sold my car to Pull-A-Part today. The customer service on the phone was great. Allen picked up my car and he was awesome. As long as you have your stuff together, it's a quick transaction.

Prices are really high. Customer service lacking even for a junk yard. Shop Barrys U-Pull It.
- CChristina Andrews
Yesterday they would have gotten 5. But today I heard they fired Jeff. Our favorite employee. He helped me and mine many times. You will find you made a mistake firing that gentlemen. What a great customer service oriented person. Good move corporate. Boooo

It's a good place if you want to find parts for your vehicles like a junkyard you can buy motors transmissions just about anything the prices are you have a 30-day return policy
- WWoody Myers
The parking lot is clean and well marked. The store front is convenient and staff is helpful. The yard is well spaced and picked up. The sign on the door says, no firearms permitted. So, no 2nd Amendment rights here. It's a "Safe Zone." Also, for your security you get your picture taken. So, I'm a thief and they will know who to blame in the "Safe Zone." Rights of law abiding citizens have been put aside for the sake of violent part thieves. So, this will be the first and the last time I will patronize this business. Be a patriot, stand up for your rights. You decide if this business is worth your rights.

Good selection of cars and a neat yard. Organization is a bit non-existent, wish they split it by make instead of by parent company, even if it isn't perfect, it would help a lot. Going through 20 rows of GM to find the one Oldsmobile or Cadillac is annoying. Biggest problem is part pricing. Everything is expensive, usually 30-80% more than the "other" place in town. They also tack on core charges on parts that usually never have a core charge. If you're buying a larger part (CV, Wheel Hub, Steering Box, etc), be sure to shop around for cheap new parts. You can often find new within a few bucks of what you'd pay here. Also, be wary of getting tagged for each individual part. If you purchase an assembly, depending who checks you out, you might get charged for the assembly, or you might get charged for each part of the assembly, which is way more expensive. Would buy more, but over-priced parts are really off-putting. 3 or 4 small parts can quickly get you above $100.

I will not be back to this yard or any other yard associated with this one. Employees were above and beyond rude. I planned heavily on pulling 2 different motors I seen the day before. I was under the impression that Alabama had lifted its mask mandate allowing persons to choose whether they want to wear one or not. After being Told I could not enter without one by employees who were not wearing them at all and only halfway wearing them right, I was told I could purchase a mask just to walk through but it would not suffice for me to tie a shirts around my face to make them happy. So with the way the employees handled everything I will not be giving mobile pull a part or any of there franchises any of my business. I highly recommend barrys u pull it ive been shopping with them for years. I'm A resident of Mississippi so anytime I come that way it cost me money so from this point on barrys will get all the business of mine that your employees lost you. Might want to get on that before some one files A lawsuit against your company.

This is a great place to get your parts, employees are awesome. They help you when you need to position the A-Frame where you need it specially for the engine & transmission. The Supervisor Anna was doing a wonderful and great job.
