Not only did they help her but they also helped her install a new battery and also make sure everything else on her car was okay.Thanks again team

Ladies please listen up. I went to this Auto Zone needing a new battery. My car wouldn't start and I knew it was my battery. When I went inside to see about purchasing a new one a young guy trainee was being trained on the computer by a female employee. As they were looking up my car make and model, she said, "we only have one in stock". I asked how much it was. She said $205. My mouth hit the floor beings I have a small car. She asked if I was sure it was my battery cause it could be something else. Her and the trainee go outside to my car and put the machine to it. They said the machine says your battery is charged 100% so it has to be something else. I asked if they can just jump off my battery to be able to get home. The trainee was nice and tried to help as much as possible. They both ended up having to make runs and couldn't help me. I called my uncle to come help me. Needless to say when my uncle comes in to help get me a battery all of a sudden they have cheaper batteries. How sad is it when you are in distress and this is what happens. It is sad, just because you are a female in an auto store you get taken advantage of. What I can't understand is why a female would do that to another female. Instead of helping each other out. Wow!! What really hurt is right before my battery died on me my fiance' was admitted into a hospital in Baton Rouge. I was leaving work to get to him. So thank you Auto Zone for making things even worse for me. 2 hours later I was able to be on the way to go to my fiance'. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Male or female. The only one in there that had any kind of humanity was the new trainee. I do thank him for checking on me several times.

My experience today was not great, the driver answered the phone and way misquoted the price then bragged about all of his complaints he has gotten.

They had my part when others said nope cant find it online , guess the others thought just because im a female i don't know nothing about parts

Boyfriend tried getting some assistance from two women employees and all they cared about was talking about their drama and didnt even care about helping or assistaning any of their customers. Most rude and ratchet assistance ever had.
