My truck was relieved of its spare somewhere along the line. It turned out to be a hard thing to replace. Even the car dealer said he has 150 of them on back order. I could find after-market ones but was reluctant because I tow a heavy trailer and have needed that spare. I Googled the Mopar part number specifying “used” and found the Arizona Automobile Recycler Association. On that website I gave my VIN and specified “wheel”. Up popped Aviation Auto Salvage and they showed one OEM wheel available. So, first thing Monday morning I gave them a call and talked to Henry. He verified that the wheel I needed was in stock and that he would get it right out UPS so I could have it the next day. As promised, it arrived this afternoon, Tuesday. The wheel is exactly as described on the website, and the price was right even including the shipping. Based on this transaction I will definitely go to Aviation Auto Salvage and Henry for my future automotive needs.

Purchased a starter. They POWER WASHED IT (electrical component) and I told them I was taking it to get checked at AutoZone to confirm it worked. Bobby then told me not to get it tested and refunded my part yelling he could sell it to someone else. This is the second time I’ve tried with this company and the service is getting worse and worse. Plenty of other yards in the area with quality parts, better rates, and better service. DONT SHOP HERE.

Called a few places. This was the only one that had what I needed for my Jeep Patriot. Price was reasonable also.

Called in, was on hold for maybe 5 min "in-between the 5 min a random voice jumped on said,be right with you" told him what I need, gave me the run down of they pull it and we buy, kinda a cool operation for sure, cause at times, pulling parts sucks lol

The place was very knowledgeable and they saved me a lot of money just for the rear view mirror

I gave 3 stars because on the positive side they had a rim I needed that literally 14 other places did not. The negative is they arent very pleasant and spend waaaaaay more time with customers on the phone than at the counter. They need to hire someone to help. Someone a Lil friendlier to be nice
