It's very disappointing that a $200 rear seat didn't come with buckles. They quoted me an extra $85 for the buckles that were bolted on the seats originally. I have a shop that have been buying used auto parts for 15+ years and everyone else sell seats With the buckles. Billy sold me the seat originally and I feel this is a little petty. This may be their company policy. But it should be disclosed to customers when they are ordering parts that it may not be complete like from other salvage yards.

Went there on Thursday, barely making it because of myncar issues, spent almost $250 on car parts, and walked out with nothing but broken promises. Billy said he will bring me my parts the next day, never heard from him. O called 2 days later he promised to drop it off that day and issue me a refund for not finding the part in good condition, still nothing from him. Here it is sunday, and I still have no refund, or not 1 part for my car. And Billy has not called to communicate anything to me, I've had to keep contacting him. If I get and update I will let you all know. This place is crazy, to think this is ok, if I was a man, this wldnt be going on.

This is a rogue shop, do not speak good faith, very bad！I sent my car to be scrapped half a month ago. The staff said that I needed to cancel the registration document and let me put the car down. Today I sent the cancelled document to them，They said there was no need to cancel the documents, they had already dismembered the car, they could only give me $50, I went to the car dealer before someone gave me $300，I think my car should be worth more, it’s 2004 white camry LE. this shop so bad. It only gave me $50, and dismembered the car without notice.
