When buying salvage parts, the concern always exists about if the part is represented properly (i.e. rust, dents, function, missing pieces, etc.). The attitude of the person picking up the phone can be an indication of the establishment's commitment to quality customer service. And even if the price is right and the sales service is ok, you could be in for a shock to find you have to pick up the part in a dirty, nasty, pot hole ridden location. I am exceptionally honored to say that none of the aforementioned problems existed with and at Ripple''s. Courteous and informed first call-in, followed by same degree of professionalism in person for pick up. Fair price for good parts. A clean and well run establishment. And staff that was remarkably helpful and took care in loading the parts. (Sales rep even gave me a call on my cell phone when he saw me pull out and drive in the wrong direction of his instructions). I would buy parts from this place again in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work, guys.
