Ordered a hard to find intake manifold for my straight 6. Was assured that all the mounting tabs were intact and I do believe they were when shipped. The part arrived and one mounting tab was broken. I called on the next business day to explain the situation and was pretty much told it was no longer there problem and I need to take it up with UPS. This was not the same customer service I received when I was paying for the part plus shipping. Once they had my money I was no longer needed or wanted. Very disappointed.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Trying to get my deceased father’s pickup out of impound. The county was responsible for the bill. They made this the biggest headache I could ever imagine. The girl I was dealing with was super rude. If I could give negative stars, i would. Do better.

Would be cool if they would answer their phone after they tow your vehicle.. but then again I don't guess they would be easier to charge you the extra days in the impound lot if they don't answer the phone. Looks like they got a good thing going with the cops around here.
