Ordered a hard to find intake manifold for my straight 6. Was assured that all the mounting tabs were intact and I do believe they were when shipped. The part arrived and one mounting tab was broken. I called on the next business day to explain the situation and was pretty much told it was no longer there problem and I need to take it up with UPS. This was not the same customer service I received when I was paying for the part plus shipping. Once they had my money I was no longer needed or wanted. Very disappointed.

We blew two tires out on our RV. Stranded on the side of the highway and quite frankly, afraid. After calling Bert's, two gentlemen showed up within minutes. So kind and helpful. Needed a car towed, they were here in minutes and my car was just after that. Driver was super friendly and helpful.

Our car had slid off the road at mile marker 1 on I-82. We phoned Bert's and within 30-60 minutes one of their trucks was pulling us out of the snow filled median and we were back on the road. Awesome, thanks for the help, great prices, etc. Highly recommended.

These guys went way, way, way out of their way to get the door and fender for my daughter's 98 Buick. They actually got a vehicle that they didn't have in inventory for us.The biggest surprise was the cost. After calling all around the country trying to find a door and Fender not only did we get one from them that was perfect with no scratches or anything but it was about half the price of all the rest of the wrecking yards even clear down into Oregon.They were better than Santa Claus and really did help us for a very merry Christmas.

These guys are amazing and ALWAYS so helpful with whatever someone is calling about. Very extensive collection of automotive parts. Also recently used their towing service. I didn't know it was even possible to have a great experience whilst someone was towing one of my vehicles but Bert's did it! Very friendly driver who was prompt and kept communicating with me until he got to where I was with the broke down jeep. To top it off, once he found out it was the vehicle that my mom uses every day to deliver mail in he didn't even charges for the tow it was amazing!

This morning my carrier had an issue and needed some assistance in moving a load. One call to Bert's and he said "Bring it in." Their kindness and efficiency is second to none. I have NEVER come across a company with their dedication to customer service. I highly recommend Bert's if you're in Umatilla and need some assistance.

The tow truck driver at Bert's went above and beyond the level of service I have ever had from a towing company. The cost was very reasonable. I hope I never need to use them again, but should the need arise, I would not hesitate to use Bert's again.

Just got a new rack n pinion, service was superb, they not only pulled it for me but they even called when it was ready to pick up! Same day within an hour cannot beat the price anywhere. 10/10 will continue making a 40min drive
