Ordered a hard to find intake manifold for my straight 6. Was assured that all the mounting tabs were intact and I do believe they were when shipped. The part arrived and one mounting tab was broken. I called on the next business day to explain the situation and was pretty much told it was no longer there problem and I need to take it up with UPS. This was not the same customer service I received when I was paying for the part plus shipping. Once they had my money I was no longer needed or wanted. Very disappointed.

I'm honestly baffled on why my dad's mustang isn't done or how I haven't received a call back. This is supposed to be a business and it doesn't take almost 4 years to do work on a car. After my dad passed away, I offered to pay the rest of the money for the car to be worked on. (And my dad already paid $4,400) I was rejected for making a payment and said I could pay afterwards then told it would be done within 3 months. It's been 4 months. When I called last month, I was told that it would be done by last week. When I called no one knew the answer if it was done then said I'd receive a call back. I've called 8 times since then and left messages. I even texted one of the owners. It's ridiculous that I'd have to post anything on social media to HOPE to get a call back. I will be there on Monday to pick up the Mustang since legally it's mine now and I'll make sure to bring proof. Please have it put together. See you Monday.
