I used to buy pieces all the time until i continuously got a rude person on the phone who wouldn't even let me finish a sentence before hanging up. Learn people skills!!!

This MAN IS RUDEEEEEE ! Don't do business here . He's lucky I can't give him NO STARS !! First, he answers the phone sounding irritated and proceeds to tells me he's closing early because of lack of business on NYE. Cool, I completely understand that. I was still interested in if he actually had the part and the pricing so that I could price match and pick it up at a later date. Before I could get out the type of part he hangs up on me. I call back to try again and he tells me he's closed the next couple of days and to get my part from else where ( put nicely) . Extremely disrespectful, if you hate your life and career choice maybe you should change it ! Don't take it out on potential customers. Thank god today we can voice our concerns so people can REALLY know who they are dealing with. Please save yourself the aggravation. Anyway , Happy New Year.
