We had a really great experience here my son damaged his car hood by pulling the release instead of the trunk release but never close the hood!! While driving at high speeds his car hood flying and bent hitting his windshield...yikes! Went to a nearby junkyard by me and they recommended two places I ended up calling Newark motor first and spoke with a guy named Carlos who is very nice. I told him exactly what I needed and they luckily had the hood for the same car and year. Went to the place ...getting there was not that easy but worth the drive and convoluted navigation that Google maps used. They greeted me and they took down the hood for me to evaluate and the price of it was on my opinion very reasonable. The hood was not perfect (some rust but also explained to me before I got there) but it's what we needed and better than spending $400 or so more going to a body shop. All told the entire process was about 15 to 20 minutes to get someone to help, pull it of the too if a rack using a pallet truck, evaluating and paying. Did meet Carlos who was friendly and he had told me if there were any issues with fit that they do take returns. I had the hood on my sons car in 15 minutes, fit perfectly even looked good (need to somehow get the painted numbers off). The hood went on easily and swapping them took about 15 minutes with my son to help. A place I will return to for future automotive parts. Highly recommended!!

The worst experience, ordered a alternator yesterday, paid and everything they told me to come by today to pick it up, waited a long time only for the guy in the front desk to tell me the tow truck guy dropped the ball and left the alternator after he sees me waiting in the wait room. I should have know because a guy before was waiting a while for a fan for his car inky ti he told they can’t find ! Now here I am 1 day later, refund will be processed back on card, so I don’t have the funds right now and it’s close to 5 pm so the other junkyards are close to being closed and won’t be able to get this process done until tomorrow ! Be ware stay far away from the business ! Go elsewhere
