I was referred to this place by another yard I normally use in Tampa, it was a pleasure dealing directly with Jessica who was very amiable and courteous. She answered all my questions through Facebook with photos and was very responsive. I will definitely continue calling them for my used parts needs.Thanks againJames Strickland

Would, absolutely, give zero stars if it was allowed! Husband called yesterday looking for an engine; was told they just got one in for his specific vehicle; had not been touched yet. Husband goes and pays for the engine this morning (the COMPLETE engine) and is told they will contact him when it is pulled. Receives call that it is pulled; drives down to pick it up; some of the parts are missing. He is told “Sorry; people pulled parts off already” after he paid for the entire engine. He asked the guy about getting a partial refund since he did not get what he paid for; guys says “Hold on, I have to take this call” and just disappeared. Will NEVER utilize this establishment EVER again and will let EVERYONE know how horrendous it truly is.

I would leave a great review here but not after the situation that just occurred with this place. I bought a transmission from here put it in my car and it worked for two weeks. The transmission has a 45 day warranty on it for defects. I called to ask about the warranty and the guy said that the warranty is voided and there’s nothing he can do for me. if you do happen to buy anything from this location be careful because they don’t like to uphold what their legal warranty says. they will not ever get any of my business again and I will never send anybody that I know to this place.

Well, if I could rate this place any lower I would. First off, he chaged me over $900 to replace my transmission with a used one, which I aceepted because I needed it done and he seemed like a decent guy. He would only warrenty the work for 45 days with no exceptions to furthering or purchasing any longer of a warranty which was a redflag.fast forward to 45 days after picking up the truck the transmission starts slipping but it was after business hours so we reach out to him the very next morning. He says he would still fix it if it was an installation error or part failure but couldn't get to it until the following week. Four days later I conteact the owner of the company to verify that he will fix the issue then pay to have the vehicle shipped to him. In the as the vehicle is about to arrive at his shop he contacts me to let me know that he cannot help me because the warranty is expired. He had no consideration of the time of failure, time of notification, or the fact that his team may have done some wrong. Instead he wants to put blame something else. He doesn't care that people spend money with him and get ripped off. This business is a scam and their work doesnt last ANY longer than their warranty. I spent about $1000( not including reaccuring tow fees) to have a working vehicle for 45 days,which was magically his VERY STRICT warranty deadline.

Good prices, don't rely on them to call you back though. Also don't let the older gentleman in front help you load your parts. Just bought 200.00 worth of stuff , for this man to insist on helping load it, then scratches the paint on a hood and bumper. They have no bubble wrap or cardboard apparently. So you may like to bring that as well.good luck
