Called in advance looking for a liftgate for a newer explorer. Found part on car-part. Asked if it had all the parts. Spoiler,inner plastics. Was reassured by the lady on the phone it comes with all the parts. Drive 45 mins to get there to them having to find where the liftgate is. Finally found it missing spoiler and inner plastics. Guy at the counter showed me 3 others that weren't the color I asked for so I was like ok cool ill just take one of those. Price on the 3 others was over double the price of the first one. Definitely was not told this on the phone. All in all wasted 1.5 hours of driving back and forth to come home with nothing but this review. Like at least go check the part before a customer comes.

Honest review. Yea, they had the engine I was looking for. However, it was listed as "good running". Turns out, had bad rings. 181 day warranty. First week is cash back, everything after is credit. So, I would bring the engine back, get a credit through them, and have no engine, and a useless credit as they don't have another of the same engine. Lose/lose situation, and now I'm stuck with a bum engine with no recourse. Nice. They did give me a break on the price; whatever that's worth. Not much now.
