I just called to get a price on a used battery based on a google information. I asked for the price and if they had them , she kindly says they do not. I said it currently is on google and she says we don't do it anymore at this location and hung up. Great customer service Fenix. I wonder how many times this attitude has caused you to lose revenue?

Terrible company! I bought a transmission from the worst salesperson in Fénix (David Gonzales). The transmission came with a defect and I've been trying to resolve it for almost a month! Don't buy from this company! The parts are not of good quality! Terrible service. I have already called all the employees and no one has solved my problem! I lost $1500

Always a great experience with them. I order a lot of parts for my shop and they always deliver it quick and are aways pleasant to deal with unlike other parts houses. Whenever there is a problem with a part that was delivered they are quick to swap it out with a good part.
