Take advantage of their website, they update the inventory frequently so you can see what all they have without calling or going to look.

Both management and customer service cannot handle a busy day. I called for two-three days insuring things went correctly but these females “are too busy” and are very impatient and condescending for no reason. So when customers call back and ask for a little patience you get hung up on and they cancel your service. It’s funny because they both said my feelings didn’t matter to them and they don’t care but they blew up on me because they were busy. Tow truck guy was great gave him a call and he gave great advice and said that’s they’re usual moods at cherry picked. So don’t just listen to me read the responses for bad reviews, I’m SURE that’s the manger responding, I’m laughing because it’s your typical women just good with words. Don’t let them think they’re “respectful”. 0 stars. The driver was literal at the address and these girls were “busy” and didn’t have to deal with a customer they upset, so they canceled after giving me go to leave work.

This place might have car parts for cheap, but they need a lesson in customer service! My husband went during their wagon sale last week, pulled an engine, and paid for it. Got home, and come to find out the vehicle was marked as a 2010, but was truly a 2007 so the engine was wrong for our car. He called and the lady told him on the phone that they would exchange it no problem. So he drives the hour there, and the lady at the counter told him they couldn’t prove he bought it there, even though he had his receipt, and that they would absolutely not exchange it, even though it was THEIR screw up! They argued for over half an hour, she blamed the computer system that runs their vin numbers and claimed it wasn’t their problem! I am a Nurse, and if I tried to blame our computer system that pulls patient meds for “giving me the wrong med” instead of double checking it, I’d lose my license! It was very unprofessional and an awful experience! Also, the lady claimed management was out of state when my husband asked for a manager, but then a worker in the yard told my husband he was management! Very awful experience

I don't mind pulling my own part's for the money I save and the staff are usually pretty helpful and easy to deal with.

Best price of used auto parts that we have found in the area. The only thing is that you have to take tools and take the part off your self but as long as you can do it you might as well go here and save a few bucks. My son saved about $38 by coming here and getting the part himself vs going to another junkyard that was in the area. We always find what we need here too. Thanks Cherry!

I've come here several times for parts for different vehicles, and like that it is a clean yard with lots of vehicles, but today I got locked in the yard 5 minutes before their announced closing time. I had to call to get let out, and thankfully someone was still there, but again, I got to the building to check out at 4:55, and they had been announcing that they close and lock up at 5pm. I understand that If I was late that it would be my fault, but when a business says that they are closing at specific time, and are going to be strict about locking people in at that time, they had best not close up early.

A good place to find car parts for alot of cars and they prices are low u can't beat that.
