Shout out to Kierin @ Copart! Very professional, kind, and extremely helpful! We were removing a subwoofer from our recently totaled car, and did not have a screwdriver - he let us use his Leatherman tool, and ended up assisting my son with the complete removal of the subwoofer, and housing - thank you, Kierin!

My experience with Copart has been very disappointing. Kars for Kids used Copart as a service to pick up donated cars. They did not call me to tell me my car was scheduled to be picked up. I had my car locked and my parking brake on because I did not want to leave the title and keys out for someone to take. They picked up my car on a Saturday anyway without me knowing. The person that towed it away dragged it down my driveway leaving a skid mark and dents in the cement as they tried to tow it away. When I spoke to the manager, they said they outsource their drivers and that they would have to talk with the driver and see if they would work on addressing it. So now I wait... So much for company integrity. Coparts is the company that Kars for Kids used. Coparts name is the one that is responsible to any amends. Unfortunately, this does not look like it to be the case. Whether a company uses their own employees or uses "contractors", the company is the responsible owner for work done on behalf of the company. You get compliments when the work is done well and you address issues when it is not done well - its a sign of maturity and just common courtesy. I hope someone from the Coparts organization sees this and is willing to step up.

Great place to buy a car if you are handy with such things! I have bought 7 cars from Copart in the last 6 months.. 6 of the cars that I purchased ran and drove! the seventh is a donor car for a transmission.. You pay your fees and they deliver the car on a fork lift.. no problems so far! gotta slow down though.. running out of places to put cars..

my car was towed here after it was deemed a total loss,i went in this morning to go get my items out of my car. When i opened the doors all of my things were thrown into the trunk, including glass items that were in my car before the wreck, they cut my belongings that i had on my mirror off so now they are ruined. They lost items out of my vehicle and when i asked about it i got no help just that “they don’t know “. If you have a choice of where your car goes after getting into a wreck i absolutely do not recommend here.

Make sure if you deliver any important title documents that you get a receipt, signature, and whatever else. They "lost" paperwork I hand delivered to them for a total loss claim. They are saying I'm going to get charged for my car being there. Even though it was there incompetency with my paperwork that caused a mess. I will never ever choose to do business with them again. Terrible company.

Horrible experience.... I hit a deer 3 weeks ago it took them a week to pick up the car. I decided to keep the car after it had been apprised to try and fix it. My insurance told them to dilever the car back to me. It has been over a week and half since then and I am still waiting on the car to be returned back to me. They keep telling me it is dispatched and will be sent to me asap. If I could give a lower rating I would. Very unprofessional... would not recommend!!!

This place has really gone downhill, used to have great customer service. The loaders are great and quick. Always seem to get the runaround when ask to speak to the GM, their door seems to always be closed or is never there! Absolutely horrible, don’t buy here!!

I would never buy from this location again. 100% scam do not uphold to buyer protection wich clear stated in copart policy. The manager and regional manager are absolutely useless. Again, stay away from this lot.

Never have I ever been so disgustingly turned away due to terrible customer service. The women that work in the office are not friendly in the slightest. I am so thankful that the elderly one is not my grandmother. Heaven forbid someone forget to bring in a paper or have to borrow a vest.

Horrible communication and scheduling. They don't communicate what is going on, I reached out multiple times to get no information of any use, after taking 4 days off work/leaving early to try to get it picked up they rescheduled me again because another customer was not answering for over an hour. They expect me to work my entire schedule around there convenience. After losing money on a car breaking down i could not afford to take 4 days off and still not get any help from them never working with them again. Maybe buying from them is a better experience.

Just wanted to leave another great review of this copart branch directed solely at Tim! Bought a car with that said no mechanical damage which ended up having a terrible rod knock. Tim basically told me to pound sand and get off the lot. Will never forget this hospitality.

The staff were rude. Did not offer to assist me outside to get to my vehicle even when asked. Did not warn there was step right outside of the door to lot where my van was located even though they were advised earlier by phone and could see that I was in a manual wheelchair. Plus my jewelry, tools and even my tire gauge were taken out of my van once they received my van when towed from Chevron parking lot where it had been locked and under video surveillance. I could have been hurt badly if I had not realized there was a large step outside of the door and my wheelchair had gone off of it. Then to have the manager lie to my face that driver advised it hadn't been locked when he went to pick up it up from Chevron. The items not out in plain sight, but put up so a person had to search the van. Don't allow your vehicle to be taken there unless you want your things to be taken and have to deal with very rude and dishonest company. I was told by my insurance company my van would be towed there and relock up and no one would be allowed in it. Never got responded back from owner in person or even here. They steal from you and the allow a disabled person in a wheelchair to almost become injured by not telling you that there is step right outside the door. They are not worth your money or time.

I have bought cars through the Boise Copart before and have always purchased the yearly membership in order to do so. This year they charged my credit card $59 for another membership without authorization and I am not on an auto renew. They charged it on April 12th 2022 and I have called multiple times and spoken to Cindy to rectify this and she has assured me each time that if I can give it another week it would be fixed and that I would be refunded the money that they essentially stole. Today, after two months of this, I called back to say that this has to be fixed now because I have given ample time and Cindy hung up on me. I will now dispute the charge legally!

I’m so grateful for David! He is a wonderfully polite and professional gentleman. He really went out of his way to accommodate me as I was a first time buyer and didn’t educate myself very well on the process. I’m happy to have worked with him. The ladies at the front are lovely as well. Overall great experience.

if i could give minus 5 stars i would. i purchased a vehicle with the understanding i could do a bank wire transfer to pay. well the system was down so they could not take anything but a money order. very hard to accomplish when your 3 hours away. my lot fee kept going up 100 a day and they still have not fixed the pay online issue. now i cant afford the car i purchased and im assuming they will try and keep my deposit. i guess im going to have to hire an attorney. very bad place.

Guy at the counter in the office not to friendly. First time in their and he didn't tell us where to go to load the vehicle or anything. Good thing we can read signs. Also compart has all kinds of extra charges, make sure to educate yourself first. Still worth buying from them though.

We bought a wrecked car online and traveled 400 miles to pick it up on a Monday morning and as I walked up to the front counter the lady was irritated that I didn’t check in on the mobile app which I had no clue about. I was the only customer in the entire property. She told me a couple times that it is posted right there on the plexiglass in front of me which i could obviously see as I was dealing with her. She did finally lighten up but not a good first impression. The yard guy loading the car was great though.

Bought a car and tried to work out a problem with Tim, the manager, who promised me some of my buyers fees back and later told me they couldn’t happen. A pretty unprofessional way to deal with a problem that should have never happened in the first place (car had a rod knock and was not disclosed as having mechanical problems on the listing). Wouldn’t deal with this branch again. The lady who helped me at the counter was nice.

Complete crooks. They knowingly and intentional misrepresent the condition of their vehicles and attempt to hide behind their "fine print." Here is my experience with them: Vehicle listed as follows: Condition: "Runs and drives", Primary damage: "Side minor dents and scratches," Secondary damage: none. We show up to pick up the car, fight with them for over 2 hours to get them to honor the appointment we set to pick the vehicle up. Then when they finally bring it out to us with their loader, we go to start it and it has a blown engine. Won't run.

Good experience overall. I flagged the forklift operator but he ignored me and hauled my car way out to the back fence several hundred yards away so I had to walk all the way out there. Not so great there, but the office people and all other aspects of the experience was good.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Buying a car through them has been the worst experience I have ever had! The office people were rude, they couldn't even tell me what the fees would be, which ended up being %15, and another $200 of BS fees. After buying the car and having them pull it out of the gate, I parked the car in their customer parking lot while I went to go get my wife to drive it home. We came back and they had moved MY car back behind their gates, and had closed for the weekend! Needless to say this will be my last purchase from them, after paying nearly $1,400 in fees I hope to be treated a little better.

Be very very careful when buying from here. They will list no secondary damage on running clear title vehicles and when the vehicles arrive they are missing all catalytic converters. Do not buy from here unless you have the means to fix every single vehicle posted. What happened to us actually hurt our family a great deal so please do not believe what is posted about condition of vehicles it is 100 percent a lie just to sell the vehicles. Update, the buyer protection will not protect you if they misrepresent the damage and condition of vehicle. Out 1500.00 because of this company, in my opinion thenother auction houses are more trustworthy and human in this area. I will be posting this review on as many copart sites as I can because some other poor dude is going to try and get ahead in life and trust the company because ot protects members.... its not worth it. Paid the member fee and deposits and still get ripped off with no help.

Your bid is not your final price and they charge for every step of the process, including payment. If you spend over $65 on a membership to have the pleasure of buying anything from them, it will still take over 30 minutes to just go in and look at a vehicle. They charged another $5 for a vest because I didn't know I needed to have a reflective safety vest to go in, and they don't loan them out. It is an additional $49 to bid on a vehicle online (only have to pay the if you win), there is a $59 fee to take the vehicle off the site, and a ridiculous fee to just accept payments. The fee is because they don't accept anything over $400 cash at their office, which means that if you bid over a couple hundred dollars on a vehicle, for the pleasure of them taking your money, you must pay their outrageous fees. For example, if you bid $700 for a vehicle and want to actually get it, you need to pay $700 + $230 on top of the other fees. Don't accidentally bid too much on a vehicle without understanding the additional fees.

Copart released my totaled camper to a buyer without notifying me, so I could collect my belongings before it was taken away. They were aware I was shopping for another camper, and I would make the transfer when I bought it. I could've at least put my belongings into a storage unit. They never requested me to remove everything. I thought they had my back. I lost thousands of dollars in valuables. Just another bunch of sheeple that work a job for a paycheck. They don't care about you.
