Cannot say enough good things about this place. It was our first auction experience and bought a class A RV. We spent a couple days here looking at the RV and talking to the staff. And they were ALL extremely helpful and so happy for us when we won. This purchase is literally live changing, and we have nothing but great memories of our entire experience. That is really saying something given the horror stories we've heard and the expectations we had. Thank you again to all your staff! Also, the yard guys are amazing. The way they sling cars around on those forklifts is a sight to see! And they were super friendly.

The new viewing system is frustrating and inefficient. I have to wait 30 minutes to be called in, then another 45 minutes in the office after being called. After all that, I only get 20 minutes to view two cars. If I need to see four cars, which happens every week, I’d be stuck waiting around for nearly four hours just to view them. I’m fed up with Copart and their auctions. I hope they go bankrupt. They need to improve their customer service and viewing practices—this is ridiculous.

If I could rate this subpar company negative stars I would. They are the contracted company with my insurance. Vehicle incident, 7/9, car deemed total loss, 7/14, vehicle release to copart 7/15, car finally picked up, 7/24 (copart repeatedly told me that they couldn't find a local provider, gave them the local provider, 7/22, when the driver who cas the capability to take 2 vehicles came to pick up my car, he stated that he had dropped off a car on 7/18 TO COPART IN BOISE!!! The route he takes LITERALLY takes him past my house, less than a 200yd detour, as my driveway opens onto THE HIGHWAY HE TAKES!!!) today 7/28, car still not processed. Will be billing for any additional expenses I incurred because of their negligence!
