    They have to fix this mud. I come here since last 10 years probably. It’s always muddy. Always. It made my new truck muddy. And my customer was mad.

    I picked up a vehicle today that I just purchased yesterday. After wiring the money to my broker buyer and them wiring money to the auction today I was able to schedule an appointment and pick up vehicle today. I called them twice and they explained the scheduling appointment process. I was able to schedule an appointment and pickup vehicle 2 hours later. I arrived 30 minutes early and they had my vehicle loaded within 30 minutes. The loader guy was very positive in attitude and the lady behind the counter was very helpful to me, even on the phone. She helped me through the process. I’m sure they are very busy and get frustrated at times but they def lowered my stress level of picking up a salvage vehicle in a timely fashion. Thank you

    Unbelievably hard to deal with. I’d suggest trying to find another way to purchase vehicle. Worst customer service experience of my life

    I had a shipping fiasco involving a vehicle purchased at this location back in December 2023 where the shipper never did the job and kept giving me the run-around. I called this office to ask a few questions regarding my account/invoice and the lady who answered along with the manager where more than helpful and accommodating. Beyond thankful for that! After my 9 hour drive up, they had me loaded in maybe 10 minutes tops.

    I made an appointment online and after five minutes it showed me that people were already free and could serve me, I went in and the green light was on and they told me that I had to wait outside and they would send me a text message. I waited half an hour and went in to ask and they didn't even let me speak when they rudely kicked me out because I had entered the reception without having received the text message. I left and never received the text message, they don't value other people's time. And the first time I came in I told him that I was only going to make one payment, not even because I was going to pay for a truck I bought.

    This company is crazy. They don’t tell you you can’t beat it as soon as you complete registration you pay your money and then you have to wait so I suggest if anyone wants to bid on a car same day don’t even think about it because you have to pay your money, upload documents and then wait for them to tell you when you can be it so that means the car that you had your eye on could and will be gone by then oh and when you ask for a refund, it takes 5 to 7 business days to get your money back I would never go through this company. I just get it out the mud and find the car on my own.

    I'm a carrier. I visit this location often, I’ve been wanting to write a review for a long time, but I kept putting it off. Today was the last straw. I had an appointment for 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I arrived 30 minutes earlier and at 12.40 I already had the title. The car was delivered to me at 3.30. for this reason I was late for two subsequent loads and for this reason I now have to wait until Monday to pick up the cars. I'll spend two and a half days on the truck because you have employees who don't want to work. Moreover, all the other drivers I know agree with me regarding your location and staff. This is not an isolated situation, and my review is based on two years of cooperation with you. Everything is learned by comparison, so I can recommend taking the example of Copart Columbia station. they have everything and everyone at the highest level. I would like to continue to cooperate with you, but only if you strive to become better. I strongly recommend that the manager look into these issues. they are completely solvable.

    I am giving one star to this branch and his manager because its impossible to give 0 star, forklift driver damaged customers car and drivers trailer and Branch manager "William Cameron" tried avoiding responsibilities that it was drivers fault that forklift driver damaged the car and driver's trailer, When I asked them to unload the car from the trailer since it was damaged and customer refused taking it anymore they refused it and said they were not responsible for that.

    They don't drive the cars, they use forklifts to move all vehicles, which causes underside and suspension damage even if the cars are fully operational. The staff is extremely unprofessional and are quite passive aggressive. According to the overview on their website they take all forms of monetary transactions but if you walk in they say they only take cash, which is highly suspicious. Their lot is in fact extremely small, and the likelihood of your personal vehicle being hit in the "visitors" parking seems quite high, as they bring the forklifts and trailers into the lot to load and unload vehicles.

    It's always an issue when trying to get loaded here. We go to Pittsburgh North, South, West Cleve West, Barberton....and never have ANY ISSUES getting loaded there. Cleveland EAST is by far the WORST. Get it together, please.

    It was my first time buying from a auction/copart and it was very easy. All my questions were answered online and the one question that i couldn’t find I called and they answered with politeness. When I went to the location I didn’t know exactly what to do but when I went inside the staff greeted me and walked me through the process of picking my car up. The transaction was easy as long as you know how to follow instructions. I was third in line to get my car brought to me it did take about an hour so make sure you have enough time to be there. Overall my experience was good and I got a great deal on a car that needed minor things but you gotta know what your looking for.

    I recently sold them a car. I would have given 5 stars but the check I received was hand written and my bank has called the check fraudulent and froze my account for 5 days. Big inconvenience and they have my car and 3 days later I still don't have the money. Get cash only so you don't have the same problem trying to cash the check. Great experience otherwise.

    Slowest loaders you will ever see. Then complain when they have to put a car on your truck a certain way. 4.5 hours to get 7 cars. Can load 9 at IAA in an hour. Very small loading lot.

    Copart East seems to have an issue damaging cars even further with their forklifts, this is the second and last vehicle I buy from here. Never a problem at other locations. Purchased an Audi last year and forklift driver put the forks though the bumper, luckily was just a parts car for me so no big deal. My recent purchase I bought a truck with a boss snowplow and the forklift operator stuck his forks DIRECTLY THOUGH the plow. Unbelievably careless and manager took photos but I never heard back. Like I said never a problem with the 25+ cars bought at other locations, except here.

    Lets start with the fact Ive never been here before. The lot is to tight for loading/parking. The receptionists were extremly rude and one even scolded me for not knowing to check in on my phone. It would be a good idea to put information online to inform people of whats expected. I was told to leave and check in. Before I even got back to the truck I had a message telling me to come back in. If you want to deal with RUDE people who waste your time and INCORRECT listings come to this joke of a place. EDIT* The car was listed as it ran and drove. We got it all the way back the car didnt start, charged up the battery it turned over. Put the vehicle in Revervse NOTHING, Drive NOTHING. The transmission is blown it never worked. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!

    Out of all of the reviews all are bad except a few! This place has a bad reputation already. I had a bus load of people wanting to spend money in Ohio and can’t because it seems to be a trashy place. Shame too because all Cleveland places gets this rap

    I don't believe I've ever had a call transferred so many times. I called and spoke to at least a half dozen people, none of which were polite, none of which provided any helpful information. Wow. Seemed very suspicious.

    don't try to sell your car at this copart lot...manager is incompetent ..gave me a form to fill out and and question was how much seller think his vehicle worth so i put in minimum amount and what its worth... manager told me what im asking will never get that money and refuse to put a car at auction .even if it did sell i would still pay 89$ but he didnt care .. haven't seen this type of stupidity

    They don't want public buyers and their rules and fees prove it. Don't expect any help from corporate customer service on a timely manner. The local office people are nice enough if you are standing at the counter. But they can only do what corporate allows and really don't like being bothered by public non-dealer customers. I had already won and received a car in the past and wanted to bid again on another one. They accepted the deposit money and then rejected my bid for lack of paperwork, so, they have my money on an account that has been used before and now reject my bid after holding my deposit that won't be returned for over 2 weeks. The worse company I have ever dealt with. Oh, and they won't let you bid from the local/office computers on the day of the sale even though the computers are set up and sitting there to be used exclusively for bidding (and you better know fortran or DOS commands to use the non-windows operating system). They hide damages; like by tucking in air bags, taking photos that obfuscate important facts, prop up bumper parts to make them look good, etc. Extreme caution is advised when dealing with this unfriendly corporation.

    This Copart location has a different set of rules than the other locations I've been to. You can only view a vehicle one or two days before the auction. They escort you to the vehicle and you are not allowed to take pictures.

    I was looking for a Audi or BMW to buy at an auction so I asked around and they say this is the worst place to go for regular people and moms... *beware* if you are a person and not a company do not buy from here..the dealers won't let you get anything and if you get in an accident with you children hopefully they survive because some don't have airbags so if you want your children to see their 18th bday look elsewhere like me..

    Very rude workers, make you wait even though it’s no one in the lobby. Then get upset with you when you don’t know every detail that comes with buying a car from Copart.

    Great customer service . Employees work hard to move over 800 vehicles in week in and out. This place is for dealers and body shops and junk yards. And for customers to sell their cars. It's an insurance auction. You find wrecked cars theft cars etc

    Bought a car on internet was sitting in there parking lot car in picture had spare tire jack extra hubcap . Asked what happened they said owner must of taking them hmm owner is in California so he must of flown to Cleveland to get the spare jack and hubcap. I wonder if he bought a seat for spare tire

    Terrible place to bid on a car I went to look at a car I was bidding on and an old lady at front desk freaked out on me saying to wait outside when My phone told me to come speak to someone at the desk then I wasn’t sure about the mask mandate and I said I will buy a mask it’s no problem the lady went on freaked out was telling the other lady who was really helpful and gave me a mask to tell me to leave get a mask then had the nerve to say make sure I’m a member like I was a bum or something it was so disrespectful and this will be the last time I ever buy anything from copart

    This is a terrible place people are rude inside and in the yard you will waste almost three hours waiting to get one car happens every time this is not a one-time experience this location has the worst load lot it is extremely small and very hard to navigate I would strongly suggest trying not to come
