Stay away from Cash For Cars! They offered me an inflated price and every time I spoke with someone from their company, I was on the phone forever as they verified information again and again. When it was time to schedule the pickup, they claimed that they spoke to the garage where the car was located and said that the garage was 'unsure about my car'. Unsure about what, I asked? They wouldn't elaborate. Come to fine out, they never called the garage. Then, they changed how the deal was going to work and that I had to send them both the front and back of the title showing my signature. What? At one time, the representative claimed he couldn't hear me (I wasn't on mute at all) and said he would call back. He never did. At that point, I was done and went with another auto salvage yard.

Absolutely a trash company. If give it no stars if I could. Total garbage. I was told multiple times that I would get a couple thousand for my car. I even started to go through the process of selling. The next time I called they told me the highest offer they could give me was $400 and completely changed their last couple offers. They lady I spoke to didnt care. Avoid this hellhole like the flu.

Was told they would call an hour before showing up. Driver called from my address saying he was there. I had to rush to leave work so he wasn’t waiting around. The driver told me that I owed money for them to pick it up over the phone. I said that wasn’t correct. He was to pay me. He seemed confused. When I arrived home, he had it figured out.
