Beware!!! This company kept calling me bright and early this morning after I had a car accident with a deer yesterday afternoon. I am not sure how they got my information and that I was in an accident but she tried very forcefully after she got me on the phone to have my car towed to Madisonville Tennessee. Which I live in Chattanooga Tennessee. I am not sure who gave them inside information about my car accident . When she realized that we are asking questions and my insurance company did not authorize this, she hung up rather quickly. To top it off she never said her name and was forceful and rude. I looked at the company online and saw their reviews . Not good , people beware of such companies trying to scam you out of money!

Worst customer service and management of any auction. I have been in the car business for 21 years and attend lots of auctions. Wait times are unacceptable, customer service is nonexistent. They don't even provide a proper bathroom facility for waits that exceed 4 hours just to pickup one car. Terrible auction.

Said they would call before they picked up my car. I waited around all day and they didn't call. Just came and towed it away. No key or title from me. No check for me. Had to drive 4 hours the next day to get a check. Oh, and we were in the middle of moving across state so the whole issue cost us a extra day on our truck rental and a night in a hotel, costing us several hundred dollars. No one apologized. When I came in with the title, staff barely spoke to me and the place is a huge car junk/sale yard so I had to navigate through lots of heavy machinery.

Went here to pick up property from a wrecked car that my insurance company had sent to them. I waited for an hour before being asked what I needed. Yet 4 or 5 "dealers, buyers, transporters etc" walked in and were greeted by name. Unless you do daily business with these guys you'll be waiting a bit.

Had a car wreck and my car was sent here. I removed most of my items but couldn't open my trunk. When the car got to the place they told me there were no belonging left in my car when there was 4 bags of clothing and collectables I couldn't get out my trunk. Basicly short story this company stole my item and didn't notated any of it.

Normal Copart lot. You have to make an appointment with the Copart transportation app! wait was a bit longer than expected to pick up up the car but they looked really busy so it is what it is.
