This is a great company with great people. My semi truck turned on the side due to a snow storm in Texas. My leasing company scam me on my insurance policy. So my truck wasn’t covered and I was left to pay the tow bill. They worked with me on the payments even doe they could have took my truck. I appreciate Drake’s Towing and thanks again for helping me out.

I had a problem with a load after loading I'm over 2700 lbs on the back. So I called mr. DRAKE and his son. Brought the rotators out and picked up my 64k track, so I could stretch out my traile 10ft. And it moved 8400 pounds, off the back. If I had scale I probably could have just done 6ft but better to be safe, they rock, friendly and professional and no.1 safe with over 40 yrs. It's nice to deal with honest hard working owners.

I brought my boyfriends truck in for an alignment and they found a bigger issue. What should have taken 1 day took 2 but that was my fault. I didn't have the wheel lock key. They were able to find one that fit and got it done just in time for me to go out of town. The service was great and the people were kind.

We had an amazing experience with Drake's Towing. The receptionist was very polite and worked with us on our time of pick up. Also the gentleman Jeff an terry were very efficient and took pride in their job. I think both the gentleman and staff for an exceptional job done. Our vehicle was towed from Madisonville Texas to Old River Winfrey Texas which is a two and a half hour drive and they were on time with pickup and drop off with no problems. I was helping a friend of ours son after his death get a car that had been towed and the lady who was helping us was very nice and patient. Lord knows I had to stress her out being stressed to the max myself that day. She gets 5 stars from me.

Replaced my starter, Drake's is polite. I was traveling from illinois in my 1998 dodge stratus,well iv had a short in my starter that would keep blowing the fuse to it under the hood, bandaid it with a 25 amp mini blade circuit breaker switch , iv had my starter stick on me a couple times, it would start turning with a, new last longer. Drake's is great thanks Drake's . lot of turns to get it started, and wouldn't start tell nice out, like 50°, the only car parts store in Madisonville Texas is Oriellys, Wich don't come up at the top of the google my search, but Oriellys is got it's website below the search, go in put you zip code in or call them they probably got you part, mine was there 8:00 am the next morning. I thought I got an ok deal on a new starter,its$215 with tax from $189.00 on a starter. The labor at drake's I found to be real reasonable, it $150, total $365. Getting a part through them would have been just as much for s rebuilt, but that's why they recommended Oriellys, there nice, rebuilt Oriellys would have saved $100, but sick of the prService: Engine repair

This is the best service I have had when it comes to emergency repairs. I'm a hot shot driver and my brake caliper came off due to a dealer not torquing properly. They had me towed and off the highway within 10 minutes and had me repaired and back on the road within 4 hours. That's unheard of in today's staffing issues along with high demand.

Everyone at this company was great to work with. Had our truck and trailer towed here, great waiting room, delightful people at the front desk, and a prompt thorough service department.

They don't take over the phone payments it is 2022 everyone takes over the phone or apple pay or cash app or something I was stranded but I CHANGED MY OWN TIRE! THANK GOD IM NO AIRHEAD!!

very unprofessional!! came down here to texas from louisiana due to Hurricane IDA they kept giving me different prices and took forever to come they told me they would arrive in 30 minutes after the 30 minutes past i called back and apparently they could not find the driver that was supposedly suppose to come that he stopped for gas and was not able to contact him again… so they sent another person and it took 3 hours just for him to come and get us when the shop was literally just 9 minutes away from where my tire got flatService: Tires
