We have been in business with Copart for more than twenty years. Pick up of the Heavy Equipment (RV's, trailers, Buses) is a nightmare at most of locations. We have been surprised how easy and fast was to pick up RV. Jeff is the best. He drove out of the yard all of the units for the customers including our RV. Thank you for your service.

Make sure to get your belongings out of your car before sent here !! Someone stole my daughters necklace that had her dads ashes in it out of my car when they picked it up.

My stuff was stolen out of my van!!! My insurance agency towed my car here, I had no choice because that’s who they chose. They stole all my dvds, pictures, money, sunglasses, apple ear buds, my car seat covers and the list goes on! When I asked where my stuff was, the girl said and I quote “yeah this happens a lot here. Just contact your insurance and they will reimburse you”. This was my stuff and I shouldn’t have to contact anyone cause it shouldn’t have happened! DO NOT go here!!! I wouldnt given it any stars if that was an option!

Different varieties of vehicles. From Rv's, big rigs to cars, suv's, motorcycles and many more. During this pandemic you have to bring your own safety vest. The wait times may be a bit longer.

The ONLY reason I'm giving it one star is because I spoke to a representative that went above and beyond trying to help me. Wish I could remember her name. But my car was totaled out, it was picked up and taken to Copart in Spartanburg. For one thing, the car lot and the insurance company is desperately need to get on the same page. I was told by Copart to leave the key in the cup holder and to not leave the title in the car anywhere because it may get lost ( not sure how that would happen ). Instead I was told I needed to mail ( snail mail) the title into the insurance company. But my insurance company told me to leave the key and the title in the glove box. I chose to listen to my insurance company. I've spent all day today on the phone with Copart. They did retrieve the key from my glove box but apparently my title grew legs got up and walked away!! They lost my title. I'm so aggravated with this lot right now I could scream!!!!!

This Copart location is the worst. They are the SLOWEST and most inefficient branch I have been to yet. I buy dozens of cars on Copart auctions, and I also transport cars for businesses. Here on a regular work day, arrived with an appointment at 10:15am, and still waiting for 1 vehicle at 12:30pm. There are about 15 transporters waiting also. There are at least 6 forklifts at this location, but only one is being used for loading. If any car hauler is in a time crunch, you have been warned, this branch is a disaster, your time is worthless to them.

Horrible customer service; made getting items out of my car a big hassle after calling and informing them of another party picking up my items. Items that were in the car prior were missing or damaged when they weren’t before arriving to copart. Do not recommend. Definitely stole items out of my car.

The staff was friendly and the lot was well organized. Unfortunately, I waited around 2.5 hours to have 1 car loaded. I guess next time I will click "arrived" on the app before I head out so I don't have to wait so long. The actual finding the car in the lot and loading only took a minute or two- it was just the waiting for a forklift. I had an appointment so you guys knew when I was coming- what took so long? Why am I paying an additional fee to have the car loaded when the service is this slow?

Customer service was terrible and then when I went to get my stuff out of my car stuff had been stolen. Didn't have a choice but to use this place because my insurance company sent the car here. If you have a choice don't use them unless you don't want everything that was in your car.

Everyone here was fabulous! Kelsi was exceptionally wonderful. Every time I called they were informative, professional and friendly. I was dealing with the traumatic experience of my son’s car catching on fire and they helped make me dealing with the after effects so much easier. Grateful that friendly and effective service still stands for some businesses!

I was in a accident. The insurance company had my car towed to this facility to have it LOOKED at. However the very next day my old man an I go to pick it. They was trying to keep my car. We called the cops. Needless to say they lost my keys. Then my car had been ransacked. There was no need for anyone at that facility to go in my car. Now because of their negelance we had to have the car towed and have to purchase a new key fob. I truly feel violated.

Sorry ass rollback driver dumped trash on our property!
- EEmily Chassagne
No one showed up to pick up my car during the scheduled time. When trying to call, I was hung up on twice (not the staff member's fault, it seems to be faulty phones). I spent over 2 hours either on hold or speaking with a representative today with no solution to my issue.
- TTim Tripp
Was scheduled to pick up my car between 0800-1200. They never showed up, never called, never emailed. Tried to call the facility many, many times and it just stayed on hold for over 3 hours each time. Signed up for a "callback" 5 times and never received a call back. Horrible, and I would recommend that everyone avoid them like covid!

Office help was very unprofessional, rude, and useless. They were supposed to tow my truck to my house but took it to their salvage yard. They broke both headlights out of my truck and taped them back in. They pushed the front bumper in. Now I’m having to make even more repairs. Office girls would not contact their tow driver to find out where my truck was. I was told the driver had work to do and she wasn’t going to bother him. I called back later and the other girl laughed at me. If you use State Farm, I would recommend you insist they use someone else to handle your vehicle.

Been sitting here for over 3 hours with my husband waiting to pick up a truck. The loaders were loading up in order of the line then somehow we were skipped over. This really isn't good when you're sitting in the hot sun in a vehicle with no AC.
- JJudy McKnight
My car was in a wreck, so they were just picking it up from my home. This review is specific to Candy, who answered the phone when I called to find out when they were going to pick it up. She was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable in spite of me not having the lot number. Kudos!
- RRegina Alexander
Very poor service. Too many workers just standing around doing nothing while the line of trucks to be loaded piles up. Need to put those people to work getting those drivers in and out. Only had 2 loaders loading. That is unacceptable for the amount of truckers they had in that lot. Things would go smoother if they had one or two drivers finding the cars and pulling them out while the loaders grabed and went to the trucks with them. Think smart.
- JJasmine Wilson
Very disgusted!!! My car was totaled and they stole everything out my car , and never sent back anything but my tag!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating, only reason why it’s 1 is because I had to click it to write my review!!! Universe do your thing 🙌
- BBennett Mahon
The website is misleading about what vehicles are actually available to bid on. One boat I looked at said the auction was in 3 days so I drove 3 hours and then they told me it was not. I did not even get to see the boat. I called earlier that day and they hung up on me mutiple times after putting me on hold. I would not recommend them to my enemy
- PPeter Domas
If you try to sell your car through them they can keep it if you too busy to check on it every day. Be aware of their obbendament policy. They sold my car and kept the money.

This place is incredibly hard to deal with. I had insurance total a vehicle, and then contract with copart to pick it up. It took 15+ calls with copart to get them to actually come and retrieve the vehicle. Some of the representatives were rude on the phone, while others were simply unhelpful. After about 2 weeks, copart finally got someone to come pick up the vehicle. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.
- RRebeca Hernandez
It was horrible, the wait to get a car is more than 3 hours the office staff is very efficient
- AAndy Bel
EVA is extremely rude and careless . Called to ask to speak to a supervisor about her and she answered and wouldn't even let me speak to management . Extremely disappointing. Greer branch had much better service . They need more leaders. Dont pick up here unless you have 2 hours to lose
- GGennadiy melnik
Nothing against this location, but overall they just keep going up on fees. And now an extra $20 just so you can go in and pay for your vehicle. Thats ridiculous! They can't find anymore things to keep charging extra money.
- EElo Irby
Sasyiah was rude and hung up the phone on me when I told her Coparts will not be getting my vehicles. She smarted off at me then hung up the phone. When I called back she answered the phone and hung up on me again
- SSlocurve
The facility and the people working there are super. The corporation itself is probably a monopoly and should possibly be under stricker government guidelines. Example A $1000 purchase can easily top $1500 out the door. That's steep fees. Insurance Execs are obviously asleep at the wheel on this massive company.
- GGarrison Williams
I was treated with the outmost disrespect by one of the staff workers. I simply was asking questions and she had the worst attitude towards me. They also wouldn't let me go see my car in the facility. This place is an absolute joke.
- IIrina Demyanchuk
Danielle at the Spartanburg office needs customer service training very rude lost our title, Had to wait for an hour for her to find it.
- PPaul Dalby
The people weren't too friendly.. they had 2 people helping customers at the front while about 5 other women at desks behind them just gossiped and talked to each other instead of helping other customers while the line was out the door.. I only had to get my things from my car and I've spent over 2 hours here and I'm still waiting while I write this. Very slow.
