    Smith motors sold me a bad transmission, after I had to pay labor to a mechanic to pull my old transmission out to put in this one and then to pull that one back out. Being that I wouldn’t have my car to drive I went ahead and left my car with the mechanic to just repair my old transmission. Smith motors refused to give me a full refund on the bad part that they sold me. They offered a replacement transmission which I did not need anymore, The only other option they offered was a 25% return fee on the broken part they gave me. They sold me a bad part waste my time and my money and come out $135 positive...

    My dad needed a steering column for his car...they were the only place within miles that had it and it was alot cheaper there than anywhere else-if they would of had it. It was worth the hr drive.

    They are friendly, and helpfull. They seem to be a bit disorginized but they seem to find everythibg abd have ecerything they say they have. Bought and engine from a max and was a very fair price.
