I’m writing to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Corona's Auto Parts, Towing & Auto Body, Inc. regarding the removal of heavy equipment. Mike truly came through and saved the day—the tow exceeded expectations in every way. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. Great job all around—thank you for the 5-star service!

Shadow (Shadow)

Over priced. Even the small things. Went to buy a rear light cover and it was $100 for 1 side. Got L&R side for $65 elsewhere. I went in person because the lady on the phone kept hanging up on me. She was just as rude in person. And one of the men working there asked if I need help I told him what I was there for and he priced me even lower for just the one side. So I'm not sure whether he wanted to pocket the money or she was pocketing the extra money. So I never went back there again. Let me just say that that was a few years ago and still to this day I don't call or go there at all. It's now 4/16/2025 and I still won't go back there. NNNNNOPE!
