I had a 26ft RV that would not start. The driver had to use 3 jumper cables to reach my battery. Once he was able to put RV in neutral he slowly pulled my RV out of garage. This was not an easy feat as there was a small amount of room to manuver RV and tow truck. Pasquale did a great job. He treated my RV with kids gloves. I would definitely recommend this place

Every single aspect of my experience with Cream's Towing was superb. My RV broke down on the side of the freeway. Dispatcher was courteous and professional, and a concerned human being which was pretty helpful since I was a bit freaked out. I had the great good fortune to have my rig towed by the owner, Joe Cream. He was there early, came in under budget, and treated my wounded baby like it was his own. Not only would I use them again if I broke down ANYWHERE in Sonoma County, I'd probably call them if I broke down in an adjoining county because there's not going to be better service anywhere.Service: Special vehicle towing

It doesn't seem to matter if you see a car parked in a red zones, abandoned, overnight, or whatever. Expect to wait over an hour for a truck to have a vehicle removed after hours. Trying to convince my other clients to switch to another company. They cost me and my clients costly time. I've had had to cancell most request because I couldn't wait forever for them.

Joe the owner of cream's heavy duty towing is a true American hero!!! guy's like him are the backbone to this country. he came to the rescue on Christmas Eve at 4 pm and worked with us for 2 hours to pull our 60ft boom truck out of the mud. he was very knowledgeable and did his job with skill and pride and got our truck out with zero damage. I highly recommend them to anyone
