Huge shoutout to Jay with the sales department at Goyette, I hit a pothole and wound up needing to replace a wheel on my Jetta. I called Goyette and Jay took down my VIN and called me back within 15 minutes with a quote for 40% of the price that the VW dealership quoted me, and I picked up a new wheel from Goyette the next week. Really can't say enough good things about the professional and prompt staff at Goyette.

They were unprofessional. Had to schedule delivery 2 times and pick up 4 times. Finally had to deliver core myself do to 30 day policy. Almost seems like they were trying to make that happen.

I was seeking a rear differential assembly for my brother's Ford Raptor, for quite a while as they are not easy to come by because they are specific to the model and generation. I even started looking at junked/salvage raptors for the part alone. I saw a listing from Goyette's for a 2014 Raptor diff assembly with 21k miles, with fair price and shipping. Excellent communication with JD. He was very descriptive, providing documentation, photos, coordination, including freight pickup. The truck is now back on the road and ready to roll again. Thank JD/Goyette's team for the excellent business exchange! You guys are book marked for future parts needs!

Called talk to Eric ( hes a a salesman) asked him about a piece of metal that I needed for a hatchback. The piece of metal is quarter of an inch thick and about 3 inches in a triangular shape. All I needed was one. Well Eric said I would have to buy the whole assembly? I said you can’t sell just one part and he was adamant that they have to sell the whole Assembly. So I’d have to buy at the door? I guess? the hinges everything for one little tiny piece of metal. Couldn’t bend the rules to sell a little piece of metal? To a customer? That’s the reason for a one star. ....

One of the best ways to replace a part on a vehicle is to purchase real OEM parts. This can be very expensive buying them at a dealer. Aftermarket parts are complete junk. A real great solution is to buy original OEM parts for Goyette’s. This place is organized and knowledgeable. Before spending big dollars at a dealer, give this place a shot. I recently purchase a fender for my Honda Odyessy at Goyette’s for a great price. They were able to match my paint code. My van looks brand new again thanks to Goyette’s.

Was pretty happy when I brought my mustang engine for guss185(as their known on eBay) since I’ve been having a lifter tap I told them about it but took me awhile to get it back in the shop still over a month under their warranty. I go back to eBay to send a message and eBay won’t let me send one to them either because it’s been 90 days or the business removed the post. So I contact their shop they instruct me that they have an “eBay division “ that handles orders from online. I called this number nothing short of 10 times with no answer. I called back to the shop was directed to a jake who of course wasn’t in the office. He has a voicemail from October saying he’ll be out a week but it’s been way past those dates. I left a message in hopes of a response so far nothing. Meanwhile you can text the eBay number I text them the info they asked for and they responded hours later with “please respond using eBay account that you brought it from “ I sent screenshots and pictures explaining why I couldn’t that eBay wouldn’t allow it or that they deleted the post. I also sent screenshots of the brought item and item I’d and order number. Even of pass conversation dating to just sept 25. No response from jake or the eBay division number after. I sent a message through eBay where they replied in minutes in the past ..they haven’t answered that or either email. I’m stuck calling at 8 when they open to 5 when they close with no one answering unless you call the shop in which they act as if they have no business with eBay and the engine didn’t come from them. Soon as they find out it’s an eBay order you can hear the get rid of em in their voice they immediately disassociate with online orders as if they don’t still supply the engine they will keep pushing the eBay number with a slight hmmm when you tell them no ones answering l. I want to make the trip there but hear they have customers locked out and that you have to call anyways
