I had some unexpected car trouble and went to the closest auto parts store to buy some oil. The customer service was excellent. The man who assisted me did so with compassion. He was very empathetic to my situation and put two quarts of oil in my car for me. The he saw that I was out coolant and supplied me with some on the house. I couldn't have stalled out at a better time. Thank you for all the help. It is greatly appreciated. We made it home
