    My vehicle was towed here after an accident. They were so courteous and kind. I was in tears and emotional. They took their time and let me gather my things out of the vehicle. From the staff in the office to the gentleman who assisted me were great. Thanks Graham’s!

    Please do not use this service. They picked up my car however they brought it to the wrong car repair shop in a different city than I live in and is over 30 minutes away from where I wanted it to go. Then they lost my key and they didn't tell me, took them 12 hours to find it and they never called or let me know I had to find out through the car dealership who was then delayed an entire day getting my car repaired because they couldn't access the car. When I tried to get a refund or have them tow my car back to my own city, they told me that that would cost them money and Eck though I didn't do anything wrong they would not help me in any way and said it was a mistake and that's it. Literally the worst customer service I have ever had. They said I was being rude for asking for a refund because they delivered my car to the wrong city!

    We had the pleasure of having William assist us with our tow. He was professional and patient with us. He answered all questions and was a very helpful guy. Graham’s is very lucky to have someone like him who enjoys helping customers when they find themselves in this situation. Thank you William again for your awesome customer service.     this place was great and super helpful. spoke to Kristen over the phone and she was able to help me set up a driver to pick up my vehicle and I to take to the shop. steve was the driver that arrived to help and got there super fast and took great care of my car as he was loading and unloading it from the truck.

    I've used them twice now, both great experiences. First to tow a Dodge Utility Van, second a 18,000lb forklift. Fantastic work and fast service about an hour to arrive.

    These guys are not the friendliest. That’s got to be expected in the line of work they are in. They are however very fast. Processing the paperwork out took 5 minutes. The car was returned 5 minutes after that. I would give 5 stars but the Parking lot is dangerously dark at night. They do something about that to protect the people that don’t have to wait too long for a car to be delivered.

    This is a nice looking tow company. But the black woman working the counter seemed racist, completely unprofessional, and lacked any kind of customer service. She was not helpful. We called a day before to ask the price on my truck, we were given a price and a day fee for every day it remained in impound. So we go the next day and find out they added a 50 dollar fee. So we asked why and what they could do. She basically told us there's nothing we could do and did not CARE. So we put together the rest of our money to pay them, left us completely unprepared to pay over 300 dollars. She laughed the entire time and didn't greet us when we came in, although the other employees did. I would get rid of someone like that, it's bad for business.

    The customer service could be a lot better. I didn't like the attitudes and disrespect given by the lot crew. The receptionist was pretty nice and helpful. I just hope I never have a reason to come back to this business.

    They are liars and refuse to help. Police dispatched their service to tow my flat tire. Yet, this tow service is listing the call as an accident. I even called 911 to confirm that it was not reported as an accident, spoke to the officer who was there to assist and he confirmed it was not an accident. But Kirk the manager here refused to change the paperwork, even after I requested multiple times that the officer is willing to confirm that it was not an accident. This is what you call terrible service, they were disrespectful and refused to abide by the facts. They refuse to change their system even if police department gave them confirmation. I sincerely hope no one uses this business, and they begin to assist customers. That’s what a tow service does, it’s not suppose to create extra stress. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

    A wonderful representative of your company named Alexis called our place of business to verify if a vehicle was ready for pick up on behalf of one of our mutual customers. Alexis has the best customer service, was very friendly and knew exactly what to do regarding the situation at hand.     Terrible attitudes. No willingness to work with a courteous customer. It’s a shame these towing company’s are all the same. avoid if you like working with a business that lives in the 21st century and accepts modern day payment solutions

    My car decided it didn’t want to go to work today, so I had a rough start to the day. My body shop recommended Graham’s. I shopped around quickly to determine who had a good price, they were in the middle but had a good presence on the phone, so I chose them above cheaper services. Marvin came out and was very professional, cared about my vehicle and keeping it from damage. With quick service and a caring attitude, I was able to get my car towed and kept stress low all while getting to work as quickly as possible. Great job!

    Professional wrecker service. Indoor spot to wait, and they weren't too busy. Staff was helpful and prompt, and driver was professional and nice, much better than the other wrecker yards I'm used to dealing with.

    Our experience unfortunately involved death of a loved one. Graham Wrecker staff was professional, accommodative, and courteous regarding the care of and access to the vehicle. I have experienced surly and combative staff at other wrecker yards.

    I have used this service a couple of times over the past five years, and each time the drivers were courteous and professional. This morning was a flat tire on the tollway. They had a driver there in twenty minutes and he made quick work of changing it. A little expensive, but more than worth it because it got done much quicker than I could have on my own. Also kept me clean for work. Thankfully I don't have to use them often, but I always keep the number stowed away for a bad day.

    I had the misfortune of debris falling off a vehicle this evening right as a major storm was hitting. Steven showed up very quickly within 15 minutes of my call. He had my baby(aka truck) loaded and safely delivered us both 22 miles away to my husband at a shop in Bedford. Steven was a very sweet man and went above and beyond. He kept the conversation super upbeat which was much appreciated.

    Do not use them for towing services. They will damage your car and not take accountability. They are liars and don't care about customer service. They towed my car after an accident and caused damage/ huge dent on my driver's side back door and bumper, lied about it and refused to release 'report' that they supposedly did after they got my car... Please choose another company that actually values customer service..

    Don't trust them. After more than 8 hours with a broken down truck, we finally cancelled. The reason we didn't do it sooner was because every time we called, they led us to believe their ETA was within 90 minutes. I doubt they ever tried. My husband finally called with them saying they "didn't have enough trucks".....IN 8 HOURS!?!? On top of it all the man on the phone had the nerve to call my husband "young man" and proceeded to raise his voice at my husband who was just trying to get our truck towed to a shop before it closed for the day. As a customer my husband felt very disrespected and insulted. The lack of respect from this company is appalling. We are in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and letting our roadside service through our insurance company know that they should cancel whatever contract they have with them as they are extremely unreliable. **This review was created 2 years ago. I amended an error and now it claims this post was made to the most recent edit. I am putting this in as clarification because this company appears to respond to people they think are in the wrong and I didn't want them to incorrectly call me out.

    They change my view about towing facilities in positive way and I’m saying this because staff were better to talk as compared then other places They should have a waiting area too while making people waiting in the heat

    They stole from the truck that was impounded. $6 from the change drawer, the $200 attic cooler and the 4 hubcaps! They found them so I got the back super quick. Thank you for handling the situation well But i thought people should know.

    They were very rude and unprofessional, I was going there to retrieve my personal belongings out of my car a few days after having a horrible car wreck that left me with a broken knee and on crutches. The man in the front advised me to walk into the yard and he would allow my friends car to enter the tow yard. It was clear that I could not carry my belongings back to the front but another employee literally started yelling that my friends car could not be in the towing yard. I explained to him that I was just trying to get my things and needed my friend to drive to the back so I could get her to place my belongings in her car for me because I clearly could not carry them to the front myself. He continued to yell and be aggressive about the situation. Which was uncalled for. We were eventually allowed to enter the tow yard and I was able to get my things.. Later I was advised that the guy was a supervisor for the company. It's a shame they have this kind of leadership running this company.

    Absolutely great towing service. My car broke down on the fourth floor of a very narrow parking garage. Marvin showed up in 30 minutes and was an very polite and professional. Got my car hooked up and out to my mechanic in no time. Special low clearance tow truck was key as our ceilings were below 7 feet. Definitely using these guys going forward.

    Office staff was nasty and had zero customer service. Even if they can't help you they should still be nice about how they explain what they need in the paperwork.....what redeemed them what all the helpful ataff they have in the back once you go behind the gate. They are all awesome and literally walked me and my basket back to my truck with my brother's possessions in it and helped me load it.

    Zack and Roland did a great job from top to bottom relocating one of my trucks. They did not stop till the job was done. Highly recommend to all my friends.

    The workers are very slow. Yeah. JUST SO SLOW LIKE A SNAIL. If your car is towed by this poor company, RIP. You should wait for an hour to get your own back. If you are waiting for a line, it will take an hour for each of people front of you. And they think they are doing such a great job. So funny.

    My Trasmission went out in my semi in the middle of an intersection. I called several other tow companies and either the didnt do big rigs or they were too far out. I got ahold of 360 and got a quote at $950 to go 10 miles but they were an hour out. I told a police officer this and he had his dispatch call Graham towing. They got there in 15 minutes and the total price was $493. We had to drop the trailer at a truck stop because the mechanic shop i took it to did not have enough. Very talented driver placed trailer in perfect even while still hooked up to the Tractor. Very professional very reasonable and very talented.

    Incompetent unprofessional racists. They quoted one price when all the vehicle details and pickup specifications were provided over the phone. When they arrived the driver demanded over 4 times the agreed upon price and the was violent, aggressive and scary. He was making several racial remarks and screamed profanity at me and said his dispatchers didn’t know “SH!T”. I waited over 3 hours and was fearful of this mans agression. Stay away at all cost.
