I needed a transfer case for my 2017 Suburban. Cameron M. helped me locate and price a low mile case for $500. He walked me through finding my current transfer case code and matched it to a part. Had it shipped fast for pickup! Dealer quoted $4900 + tax for a new t-case installed. All in, I was about $700 and 4 hours of my life. Very satisfied with the part and I am crusing with confidence with the warranty! Cameron insured my success and made the process simple. 10/10.

WARNING: CHECK YOUR FINAL PRICE BEFORE AND AFTER YOU ORDER Jeff is an absolute scam artist hiding behind a salesman’s smile. We ordered a part here and were quoted $1,500 by the salesperson, who required a down payment upfront... fine. He clearly stated that the remaining balance would be the total minus that payment. Simple enough, right? Wrong. When we came to pick up the part, not only was it not even on a pallet, but Jeff suddenly announced that the total was now $1,700 claiming there was tax that he never once disclosed. Then, as if that wasn’t insulting enough, he added another $200 to the bill because he “assumed” we’d be trading in a part; something that was never discussed, never agreed upon, and never mentioned. When I called him out, Jeff had the nerve to puff up and say, “I’m in sales, I do this every day.” Well, congratulations, Jeff you scam people every day. I told him straight: I’m a broker for these same parts, and his excuse was absolute nonsense. If you choose to do business here, triple-check your invoice and never take a word at face value. Jeff’s attitude, arrogance, and shady tactics are exactly why some in the industry refuse to deal with this place. We did eventually pay the original agreed-upon price but only after calling him out and standing our ground. This whole experience was infuriating and dishonest from start to finish. Jeff, you’re not a salesman — you’re a conman in a collared shirt.

It is almost weird nowadays walking into a business and getting such good costumer service. They went out of their way to find the part I needed. It was ready the next day and exactly as described. And the price was great for what it was Definitely will be checking this place out next time I need a car part. I wish I knew about their location sooner
