So I went to the Gundie’s in Graham on Christmas Eve to purchase a battery for my truck. When I walked in they acted like they didn’t want to help because I didn’t know what I was looking for. When I asked they kept telling me that the batteries were over there. So I called my mechanic who had told me to come that they can google the type of battery like they had done for him. When I asked the guy that was working he tells me to google it. So I eventually get the battery and he asked me did I have my core which I didn’t have at the moment. I brought it back and he told me that I would receive cash back within 3days only to find out that he didn’t even put the paperwork through so I can receive my money back. The lady in Bellingham was really nice and she was the one who looked to see If Cameron did the process and told me that he didn’t and that she would handle immediately and she apologized for his actions.

Great customer service, decent prices but I paid on a Monday for my part and by Wednesday It should have been ready for a pick up, I wait for them to contact me (till Thursday 1-2pm) just to hear the part is damage, they offer me to get another one on different color and wait more day's, Na I couldn't wait and have to give the car back to the owner.... just wonder WHY wait to many days to tell me the part is damage 😠

Gundies auto and truck recycling was very professional and fast with my purchase with them.Cameron was great to work with and was very fast taking care of my order and keeping me up to date. Part showed up very well packed and it looked like the part was even cleaned.I buy a lot of auto parts all around the country and highly recommend Gundies.
