Hall towing was amazing And vastly exceeded my expectations when I needed them<br><br>I was stranded by the side of the road With an exploded tire in a construction zone with no idea where I was. I was disoriented and felt like panicking <br><br>The first place I called for help said if I couldn’t tell them the mile marker, they couldn’t help me and hung up.<br><br>Then I called Hall Towing ;and the young lady who answered the phone I think her name was Cheyenne went out of her way to be understanding and to assure me that she would help me through this crisis.<br><br>When I couldn’t provide any location information, she graciously and patiently transferred me to Adam, I think he may be the owner, who was just as kind and understanding, and while I am a cyber and tech train wreck; he asked if I could do FaceTime, which I’ve never tried before. He sent me the link and I accepted, and he kindly asked me to point the camera toward the road which I did. He immediately said he knew exactly where that was without me giving him any directions and said he would send someone to help as quickly as he could.<br><br>Shortly thereafter, Mark and Ethan arrived, and We’re also helpful and kind and assured me of their help, even though I didn’t even know where I was and had no idea where to have the car towed, but they helped me out there and towed the car to a tire repair place and even took me to A motel where I could get a room since it was already late and all the businesses had closed. Ethan Who drove me to the motel was so friendly, and put me at ease for which I am most grateful.<br><br>I would highly recommend Hall Towing To anyone in need.<br><br>I am Forever grateful for their kindness and help that they Extended to me, a complete stranger, in my time Of crisis. Endless thanks!

Best place to get work done on your vehicle.<br>Tommy is wonderful and very reasonable<br>Prices. I just had my side mirror replaced on my Kia, what a fabulous job he did<br>I highly recommend taking your cars there.<br>Before I went to Halls towing I went a few other places in Black Mountain. No comparison. I have lived in Black Mountain for 9 years. I finally have a place I can trust
