Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I do not recommend Holland Junk Yard in Billerica, MA under any circumstances.<br>The staff are rude, unprofessional, and openly discriminatory. The older man behind the glass picks and chooses who he wants to help and how, while others are ignored or treated with disrespect. When I brought the issue to the manager, I was told, “If you don’t like it, don’t come here.” That says everything about how this business operates.<br>To my Spanish community: please beware. Spend your money where you are treated fairly and with basic human respect. No one should feel uncomfortable or dismissed while doing business.<br>I will never return to Holland Junk Yard and would never recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go to Jack’s right down the street, where customers are treated with fairness and respect.

The people were kind and helpful despite me knowing nothing at all about cars. I was nervous and had never been to a junkyard, and they were honest, direct, and good to me. The part I needed was removed professionally and in good condition. I'd send anyone there for parts.

This place charge me for a headlight assembly over the phone... After more than 6 hours I called and they said they were going to start to remove it... 2 hours later they told me it was damaged and they had no other replacements... Wasted the whole day and still have not got my money back
