These guys were extremely helpful. I bought a few parts for my interior and asked if they had a veteran discount. They said yes absolutely we will take care of ya. They basically gave me a large discount which was greatly appreciated. They always demonstrate outstanding service, professionalism and attention to detail. I recommend them over any other salvage yard/ used parts place around.

Mike was super helpful! They didn’t have the part I needed in house, but he gave me the name and contact info for three other places that did!

Best place around to get parts for your car and old cars specifically Chevy S10. And they are open again after the incident with the 🔥🚒. I will always come back for more highly recommend...

If you can get past the small entrance, it’s worth a trip. Cars weren’t perfectly organized in their locations and there are some sketchy cars stacked on top of each other but the amount of the same makes and models helped us avoid that. Overall, really good for price and amount of cars/selection. Paid $5 for oem Honda gas cap and washer fluid cap. Will be going back.

Positive review. Customer service was friendly and prompt. I was surprised how WELL, with (GOOD COMMUNICATION)that the guys handled my unforeseen circumstance that did arise. Purchased an engine assembly off eBay, And when it arrived, my mechanic found a massive hole in the oil pan which in these GM 4.2 motors that engine oil pan swap, not planned, my mechanic wasn’t happy. I didn’t think it was the biggest deal so I reached out to Jack’s and they made it right immediately with several options. I’m currently awaiting for the new engine that they sourced, free of charge with shipping, to be delivered to my mechanic.. throughout the whole process, these guys crushed it on service and sourcing, whereas my Mechanic’s customer service fell short charging me the $50 daily lot fee because of the engine issue. Thanks for bringing some positivity into what could’ve been a nightmare of a situation. Seeing as I was out of the country during this entire event, you guys rock.

I found some parts on car-part.com that it said they might have in undamaged condition. I called ahead and they said that there were 3 vehicles that had the tailgate I needed but I would have to pull them from the vehicle. Fair enough, was going to be $99 so that wasn't too bad. The entrance is confusing, but once I got there one of the guys just pointed in the general direction of the Jeeps and said they're over there. After searching for a half hour for what I needed and coming up empty, I came back to the office and a nice lady helped me and gave me a map, but the location they were in were only general areas and not specific, except for one vehicle. I couldn't find the two other vehicles I was looking for, which she said were behind the volvos and saabs. I arrived at the lot at 1pm, left at 2:30 with nothing. I did finally find one of the Jeeps, but the 0 damage it showed online was wrong, the tailgate wasn't even on the vehicle. I snapped a pic. She apologized and gave me suggestions to some places, which was nice. The lot is unfortunately very disorganized and half the vehicles have another one smashed on the top of them, crushing the roofs and ruining otherwise good doors and windows. Some cars I couldn't get into at all because the car on top of it prevented me from opening any doors. I've been to many junk yards across the USA, and the ones in New England seem to all like stacking cars this way. Pull-A-Part's franchise in the southern USA is very organized, cars are never stacked, they're sat in the air with welded rims on the frames so you can get underneath, but their pricing and options can be a bit lacking. Sam's in Worcester is a lot more organized and the Cars aren't generally stacked, but they just lay the bodies on the ground with no wheels, making getting anything from below near impossible. If you do decide to come here, leave the tools in the car. I made the mistake of carrying them with me for a half hour. Find the car you want first, then go get your tools when you're certain it's there. It will save you a lot of headache.

Nice people and reasonable price but the junk is not too big and not walkable all the way inside and there is no systematic order of placing vehicles... Randomly placed all the vehicles.. Difficult to find even for them...

Amazing used parts operation. Thousands of late model wrecks. Not always easy to find a specific car, but staff very helpful.

Nice. But one of the most common problem is that the car you are looking for is not in the spot o area that they tell you.

I go there for any parts before I consider the regular shop. These guys always take care of me when I visit. Just use safety first when you’re removing your part and navigating the yard; it’s a big place.

Jack's is awesome. Finally found the tire size I needed that was so hard to find for a 2011 Honda Pilot. And on top of that there tires are well organized and inside for easy access. Quick in and out. Definitely will come back here to find tires in the future. Thanks Jack's.

The customer service was very fantastic and very helpful. The tires are separated by size/number and put away neatly so it's easy to find what you're looking for. The tires that I needed were on a car that was just totaled. Although it was close to closing time and they were super busy the owners son went out and pulled the tires off of me and under 20 minutes. There's a blonde woman (sorry I forgot your name) she usually checks people out as they're leaving friendly and helpful. She knows a lot about cars. Don't be biased if you have any questions. She know her stuff when it comes to cars. The Prices were phenomenal. I would definitely recommend going to Jack's over any one else. Thank you guys again.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in many years. I thought the place in RI was bad. Mike is just looking to screw anyone 1$ a time. Whatever condition they tell you the part is, have them take additional photos, because they won’t tell you everything. And they won’t make any adjustments if there is more damage. Also, they charge you for them to take off their parts. They said this is normal practice. 20 years in the rebuilding world, and never had an experience like I had here.

Great place to find used auto parts if you have the time and ability just go out in the yard. And you'll probably find it.

I've used Jacks a few times over the years, and they've been a great go-to each time. Notably, I've pulled an SRS control module and some AC compressor clutches, both of which were reasonably priced and have held up well. The only downside is that they frequently double-stack cars, which can get sketchy. This isn't a huge issue if your car is a common model like mine (a 2000 Honda Odyssey); you can just go to the next wreck if one isn't acceptable - but could be annoying if you have a rarer vehicle, and find the only good parts source located under a precariously balanced SUV

Purchased parts in the past with success. However, my last purchase was an engine for a Buick. Engine I installed ended up having a mechanical failure (immediately after install). I called them they were able to swap it out with another used engine. Second engine ended up being a bad engine as well. I had to purchase a third engine elsewhere. I had good luck with an LKQ motor and it came with a 1 year warranty. I explained to Jack's about the second engine too. They came and picked up both motors, never gave me a refund for the original purchase (even calling them several times afterwards). I never give bad reviews, but this place is the first here on google for me... I deal with so many auto parts vendors on a daily basis for so many years. They didn't handle the situation properly. For $434 you lost a customer.

Good prices, lots of older stuff. Only drawback is alot of older stuff is nearly inaccessible from overgrowth. Other than that great place 👍

I have never been to a junk yard before and I’m sure that was obvious to Julie when she saw that I was like a deer in the headlights. She showed me where to park and directed me to the office. The guys in the office were very friendly. They sent me with a young guy to go get the part I was looking for. Once I had paid for the part (a front bumper cover) Dylan carried it to my car and put it in my backseat for me. Super helpful people. Thanks for making my first experience an easy one.

Very knowledgeable staff. Owner on the counter. On time delivery. YOU can take off parts to save money. The yard is actually organized pretty well, so you go to the designated area you will find the cars they have, based on brand and model.

Unfortunately due to fire you can't go on the yard, while they are open the extra they charge to get parts is unreasonable... I tried to support them during this hard time, but $100+ to pull a wheel (5 lug nuts) is excessive.

WARNING! Be very cautious when calling this company, in two separate occasions I called them regarding parts needed and they said they had it and I could come down and take the part out manually and when I asked for the rate it was $50 for one part compared to $52.80 for the “brand New Part” from the Dealer. They seem to just throw out BIG numbers and taking full advantage of the uninformed and ignorant customer(s) DUE DILLIGENCE: Do your homework before calling them in advance! I just choose NOT to give them any of my business!!!

Every time I've called they given huge prices for parts that you pull yourself, sometimes even more expensive than the dealership. These guys are trying to take advantage of unsuspecting people just trying to save money fixing their cars. There are plenty of other junkyards that will sell you parts for 10% of new which is extremely fair when you aren't sure if it's gonna work. I can see why their ratings are low compared to others in the area.
