If you don't need the money, save yourself the trouble and donate your vehicle to a good cause instead. Scheduling was a 28 minute phone conversation with three different people. I had to "confirm" the same information multiple times. Person #1 said I could schedule with Person #2. Person #2 said scheduling happens directly with the junk yard, but that I would be able to choose a morning or afternoon pickup window and be given 1 hour advanced notice. They connected me to Person #3 (junkyard rep) that says their window is actually 24-48 hours, 8am-5pm, with 30 minutes advanced notice... not very convenient when you work a 9-to-5 far from home. I called back the next day to see if I was on the schedule for pickup that day, got told no, then got the call around lunch time that they were 30 minutes away. In the end, I'm glad the car is gone and they offered the best price, but I will definitely warn people about the tedious process if I do decide to recommend this company.

Everything went great. Every one was Very easy to deal with. I got a very fair price. The Tow truck driver came the very next day and even he was super polite, pleasant, and professional.
