What a great experience I had… I needed a tire to replace one that I got a screw in the side wall… really had no idea what I was doing, but the guy behind the counter explained everything, printed me off slips to find the vehicles I wanted to look over and I was actually able to find a full set of tires… all in all I had a blast and will for sure be going back.

Asked to look at a 2008 f250 for parts. Payed 2$ and row 26 black ford king ranch. Looked really hard never found it. Went back in he said it’s there. I went back out looked again. He came out and said it was a 2006 black f250. Pretty rude. I know my fords. It was a clone f150 Harley Davidson edition. Not as advertised. He didn’t even offer my 2$ back. So mad!waste of time. They don’t know what they have in what row!! Disappointed in customer care! Won’t be back!

Although I didn't go 3 weeks ago. I have used them for so many parts in the past. On several vehicles. From Toyota to Ford truck to minivan to suburban I have needed all kinds of stuff. I loved the annual day of every thing you can haul across for a single price. I made out like a banshee and got a great tshirt! Plus it encouraged my kids to see a women as a decent mechanic even if I never went to school! So I taught them too. Working on your own vehicle saved me a ton and I pull was great to work with. Always respectful and their yard is better organized than others. Thanks.

Decent scrapyard with good employees and decent prices! Hands down after dealing with jalopy jungle and those money hungry monkeys. There isn't a scrap yard in Idaho that holds a candle to the good customer service we experienced here. For a upull the prices reflect. I didnt have to spend a small fortune on used parts that I had to pull myself, unlike other yards. So keep it up!

It’s a U pick for cars. The most organized wrecking yard- check in at front $2/per person. Computer will pull up match of vehicle, yard organized by make and model. Bring your own tools and a helper. They have some wheelbarrows. If you’re not helpless or new to cars this is a great place for fixing up your clunker.

The guy at the counter was robotic, rude and impersonal. I feel like I deserve the $2.00 refund for the worst amusement park ride ever. That was the extent of his personality. Advise to that guy: If you dislike your job that much, go find another one. You are clearly not happy here!

I really enjoy this style of Auto Salvage yard I enjoy spending an afternoon wandering around looking inside and outside the hundreds of cars makes and models they have available $2 to get in and it sucks but it is what it is I like to pretend that it's after the end of the world and I'm walking around all the wrecked cars Scavenging to survive kind of childish but it amuses me at 31

Customer service here is nonexistent. They refused to even have someone help me get the car up and off of the part I needed while the one employee sat playing a game on his phone. Then they charged me to look anyways. * yes I did return as I had already wasted my time and gas coming into town. And no your employees were not courteous or respectful when I returned as they both laughed as I left the office. Very poorly run and very poor customer service and rude employees

Sold a Car. Car had everything in tack, didn't run because the motor. The car was missing the catalytic converter. Had everything else, clean title in hand. (New Turbo), tires, engine, everything besides that. When I finally got someone to answer the phone (not at Ipull but the sister company Intermountain) had to do customer service parts counter cause I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone anywhere else. Calling for 2 days. Info on the phone I was quoted $170. When I showed up they looked at the car seen the catalytic converter missing, immediately dropped to offering $100. Even with all the other parts on the car, they offered $100. I wanted to get rid of the car so I took the offer, we were told to pull around to the Intermountain fence and go along the fence line. Someone would be there to help and tell us where to go. My driver of the hauler called to ask for help to push the car off as there was no one to help do anything anywhere. Employees driving by, didn't bat an eye.. would have been helpful if we weren't going to get any help just being told that in the first place. If you want to get rid of something, ah it's alright. If you're looking for a little more back than just something, sale somewhere else. As for going in and buying parts, been there done that. It's self service, you do all that work yourself. Bring a buddy or two for help, bring change to pay to get in (charges a fee for cards), bring all the tools you think you'll need, an good luck.

In an industry that so often is characterized as rough, crude and shady, I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of the nice people there. I really liked the prices too. The row numbers weren't marked very well, but the directions they gave me before entering the yard were spot on. The fully graveled yard seemed neat, and I didn't have to walk through or stand in any mucky puddles (that was nice in the rain)! It was also nice not having to crawl through weeds and fight burrs in my socks like many other places I've been. Definitely coming back here again.

2$ if you pay cash or 3$ with a card is the admittance fee, bring your own tools and they have wheel barrels to help you pack parts around. The layout is easy to use and majority of the vehicles are complete if they havent been picked through. Pricing is cheap and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable on current inventory.

this was a unique experience. When I try to other Pick-n-Pull places that did not have the parts I needed this place had quite the assortment for me. The counter staff was very amicable and considerate in allowing me to use certain tools as I walk back and forth several times getting the parts I needed. they were also very well priced and affordable, and the hours worked well

Read their site carefully. States they update twice daily. THEY DO NOT. The employee indicated maybe once a week on Thursday. The car i was looking for showed it was here. They verified it on their entrance search. After I could not find the car I was told was here 10 minutes earlier, it was a challenge getting my money back. Then I was told if they refunded my money I was banned for life. Not a problem since I don't live here, but rather harsh treatment for being totally misled. Just BEWARE.

I always like going to "I pull", there staff is always friendly. Specifically, this last time, I was looking for a E.C.M. for my truck and Bradyn K was extremely helpful with help me get one and it was at a reasonable price.
