Found the exact parts I needed online for my Buick Encore, even the same paint code. Called Josh and he was extremely helpful, they even did a special cut for a rear body panel. I was driving from 6 hours away and he offered to meet me on a Saturday, when they are normally closed. Prices were good and service was excellent. Thanks Josh!!!

awesome, fair guy! our car broke down in the area when we were traveling to Michigan for a funeral. It was towed to a mechanic in the area who said it needed a new engine. We didn't think it was worth fixing, so we called Josh. He got the vehicle towed to his lot for us, and was flexible with our schedule, as we needed to travel 7 hours in order to clean out the vehicle and sign the title over to him. He made it all work for us!

This place rarely has common parts that are compatible throughout the entire GM full-size truck and SUV line. Today I asked if he had a coil pack and I was told no. Each truck/suv comes with 8 of them. I was basically told no before I even had a chance to finish my question. I also inquired about a skid plate as well as tail lights. I wanted an aluminum plate to replace my plastic one as the option changed from year to year. He wouldn't let me take a look in his yard to see if there was anything else I might want. He said that he doesn't do that. It's almost like the owner doesn't want to make any money. I have ran into the same situation and response every time I try to get a part from here. Highly frustrating when I can see the skid plate on a truck that I want through the fence and the owner tells me that he doesn't have any. I did purchase I nice hood from here last year. A little bit over priced but a nice part.
