I have a 2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and bought a used engine from this place. Customer service here is great but be carful on what you buy from here. Had to come several times here to get an exhaust leak fixed in which the EGR valve was cracked and they couldn’t find the problem till I took it somewhere else. Fast forward to the present and the engine they put on is giving me problems. Oil pan gasket are worn cause they reused everything instead of buying new gaskets and my rear main seal is also done for. Over all engine is great but they could have put more effort to fix issues like this and they only give you a 3 month warranty on engines like this which is upsetting. If you wish to get your engine done here make sure that you get gaskets and internal stuff new and replace them even if they are still good so you can avoid problems.

Honestly i would i not recommend here because first of the when you buy a engine they only give you a month i bought a motor here i only at 3 weeks left with the motor it had low compression the person said its the oil pump but il it was the compression the whole time the car will shake.first time putting the motor it had a miss fired everything that I bought was brand new Then later on he gave me another motor that actually works that person cost me time and money only one month of warranty would not recommend that's my personal experience enjoy ur day.
