I have a shop in lomita , we ordered an engine with them for a 03 mazda 6. 2.3l they know. They told me it was 3 month warranty I ordered the engine 11/15/23. Customer came back with the engine over heating with the coolant reservoir overfilling and spilling (1/5/24). I changed the thermostat and water pump brand new for free for my customer, and same issue. I went ahead and did a combustion test to check for bad head gasket. And turns out head gasket isn't good. I called them, but no good luck. I send them a picture of the heat tabs they put to make sure it wasn't overheated. And they were looking fresh as hell. Point is they promised me 3 month warranty and told their driver to tell us 3 month warranty, when our fault for trusting them on the 3 month warranty , it was false. It's only 30 days. Just don't lie all I'm saying. Good luck in your business though papas I'll fix my clients car as I promised, I know you guys don't do that for your customers. God's always watching.

I have a 2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and bought a used engine from this place. Customer service here is great but be carful on what you buy from here. Had to come several times here to get an exhaust leak fixed in which the EGR valve was cracked and they couldn’t find the problem till I took it somewhere else. Fast forward to the present and the engine they put on is giving me problems. Oil pan gasket are worn cause they reused everything instead of buying new gaskets and my rear main seal is also done for. Over all engine is great but they could have put more effort to fix issues like this and they only give you a 3 month warranty on engines like this which is upsetting. If you wish to get your engine done here make sure that you get gaskets and internal stuff new and replace them even if they are still good so you can avoid problems.

THEY ARE THIEFS! My wife bought a transmission with them, they gave her a guarantee "in case the piece dosent work" and the piece turned out to be broken. We came to ask for the money back (72 hours later) and they did not want to give it to us and blamed us for something that they sold us already broken. They stole $550 from us, don't buy from them, the guarantee is worth nothing.
