This place is busy on the weekends. They have a large volume of cars and trucks. Also they have a extra section inside. Listed as PRIMO AUTO. It's another lot inside and you gave to pay an extra $2 to get in there on top of the $3 you pay to enter. It's a roll of the dice if your parts are still on the car when you get there. At times they will be stripped to the bone. Also many people will damage and cut things up just to get their simple part. For example let's rip the seats out and break the windshield to get the cigarette lighter. Don't forget to cut the wiring harness. They offer a 90 day warranty program. Bring it back if it does not work or fit. If you do not want to pay extra for the 90 day warranty. You better tell them first because they will automatically charge you for it. They have wheel barrels available if you need to move big items. Also have engine hoist for pulling motors. Porto potties out on the yard. No more give your phone number and get points for discounts. Parking lot is big. They have food truck and others selling stuff in the parking lot. Also out front on the street.

Just a heads up expensive unnecessary warranty charge, luckily this is my second time coming to a LKQ Pick Your Parts, I remembered from last time they charged ridiculous warranty without saying anything for each part and it adds up. Good thing I remembered, warranty not worth it. Other than that, I like they offer customers an online account where I was able to add different cars to my "garage" and get alerts immediately once any are in one of their yards, that's pretty cool.

For DIYers it's the most wonderful place on earth ( when it comes to vehicles ). You will find things you didn't even know you needed. And they are reasonable prices. I love going there. I'm 2 hours away and still make my way out there. Must go even to just look around.

Okay.I have a huge problem., with this place.I have an old truck that needs a part. So everyone says go to the junk yard. Like anyone, I did my research before I went. They say we have one in the yard.So I go the next day and there is nothing.I ask around and they say go to the one next door. But wait, you pay $3 to go in and within the same yard there is a different yard, that also changed you to go in.I understand is only $2 but I couldn't find anything. Even when it says is hereI checked in front of them and it says hereI think that they should be more honest and weekly update their inventory because time is money and I lost time and money for nothing.

The front so call receptionist are SUPER RUDE!! Very unprofessional with no patience! You ask a question and get nearly an argument! Who eats in their desk as you stand there ne ways?! If you are ready for a nerve wreck reminder this is the placeto be! These women shouldn't have a job, should stay home and work on their inner peace and customer service basics 101!

Too expensive, you're better off going to a parts store. Or Offerup.comYou have to walk to find the cars, then spend the time to remove the parts. Wait in a long line to pay and its expensiveNot the same after LKQ bought them

I am reviewing my experience selling a car to this junkyard (as a customer, I agree with the majority of the other reviewers-customer svc is nearly non-existent.)Recently, I became tasked with selling my daughter's old car, a Altima with engine issues. I contacted several 'we buy junk cars' businesses and although everyone of them promised to pay the highest price, they all low-balled me (offering around $200 or so). Then, I went to the Pick Your Part website and entered info about my car...to my surprise they quoted me between $400-525. soon thereafter I received an email with a request to call to arrange the transaction.I called and spoke to a pleasant young woman-who gave me a firm offer at $425 and I said "Sold"! She arranged to have it towed on the upcoming Monday-but she called me on Sunday to ask if they could pick it up early. WooHoo!The pickup went as smooth as could be, now I have a check in hand and I can park in my driveway!I would recommend giving them a call the next time your kid gifts you their broken down vehicle.

Website inventory isn't accurate. All the other LKQ locations I've been to at least have the cars in the right rows. I came here to check out 4 different cars. Not a single one was in location. So I left empty handed. Note: they also only accept cash at the door. So plan accordingly, but be prepared for them to not even have the car you are looking at.
