I was able to get a used convertible top from LAPD at a great price and it fit my 2001 Boxster perfectly. The condition was perfect considering the age and was a real upgrade from my stock top. All communications with the team were great and they sent me the top within a few days. I will definitely use them in the future for Porsche parts.

The crew at LA dismantler are so awesome. Crystal helped me locate the right parts and even called around for me when I needed an engine rebuild. Esteban was super cool in letting me see some examples of future parts. Ida, Raxell, & Andy, were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to visit with. Trust me, it's worth your time to stop by and see if they can give you what you need. Make sure to bring snacks, jk, but you should!

I phoned LA Dismantler last week about purchasing a wheel shown as available on their website. The gal I spoke with took my name and phone number and indicated she would call back with the price. Hours later and after not receiving a call from them, I called back. Same gal answered the call and told me that the specific wheel was no longer available, but they were still searching "through the pile" of wheels for another one - and she would call me back. One week later - no call back. And the original wheel that I saw on the website was still posted on the website as being available. (SKU- DLS 746194DB1). This is an irresponsible company with zero regard for customers or for properly managing their inventory.

We buy all of our Porsche Parts here even though we're based in OC! The staff all treat us like family. The knowledgeableness and obvious experience in Porsche parts is palpable and everyone is super helpful and PRICES are great. They've creates great system for support of their CUSTOMERS!

I have been a satisfied customer since 1998, You just can't find used Porsche parts everywhere. some parts are rare and hard to find, They have them at an extremely reasonable price (believe me I have shopped around and there is no way anyone will beat them when it comes to value for the dollar, quality and selection). He knew I was working with a limited budget and he helped me find everything we needed for the project

My first dealings with LA Dismantler was back in about ‘98 when I bought a 964 engine from them for a ‘73 RS Tribute build I was doing. I paid a very fair price which was just below market at the time and they threw in a set of Carrera quarter panels for me because I was doing the SC/Carrera Flares. Rhat was incredibly nice of thrm and I didn’t expect them to do that. I got the engine installed and it ran strong and Healthy! I was happy with it for many years right up until I sold the car. That was the start of my relationship with them. I continued to by ocassional things like trim pieces or odds and ends. I sold the car about 13 or 14 years later and was Porsche-less for several years. When I got my 996tt just over two years ago, it needed a few things, so I thought, let me give them a call. To my amazement, not only were they still around, but their service and helpfulness was better than ever. I can’t thank them enough, there’s certain parts on our cars that it just doesn’t make sense to pay full price for a new one, especially if ur on a budget like myself, but you still want OEM. LA Dismantler has been perfect for that for me!! I’ve since picked up a bunch of pieces for my interior that are much nicer than when I bought it. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Terrible experience with this company. I was sent to them by recommendation of a friend who sent me a post of a Porsche shell they listed on social media. I forwarded the picture to Los Angeles Dismantler same day expressing my interest to buy the shell for a race project I am putting together. After a week I had no response so i followed up and finally received a replay that hey did have the car for sale but would have to check with the manager to see what "her" price was. But they were also open to offers. I followed up with two additional emails and didn't even get so much as a response. Who posts a car for sale without knowing what the price is? Why post it? And if a customer that wants to buy an entire Porsche shell can't even get a response then I imagine people looking for less expensive parts probably have their emails sent straight to the trash. My recommendation would be to deal with one of the other Porsche places like Parts Heaven or DC Automotive before trying here. Not sure how you can stay in business when a paying customer can't even get any service after 3 weeks of trying. The lack of service and vague answers upset me enough to leave my first ever google review. Well deserved it is.

I sent a message in regards to some seats that were available on their website. They responded pretty quick. They told me they had different options so I drove over. I have to say they had so many Porsches in their lot I almost wanted to buy another one. Seats were great and they gave me a great deal. I would recommend them if your looking for Porsche parts and great customer service. Thank you La Dismantler!
