Hello I am a Porsche guy having owned many over 50 plus years. Parts are always an adventure. I am a repeat customer to l a d p. It was a very small item so I was worried I wouldn't be a priority. The exact opposite happened in Giovanni went out of his way to accommodate me and dismantled a core to save me shipping costs from California to Naples Florida. We also were able to negotiate a better price for me. It is nice to deal with people that are flexible and considerate. The whole thing took less than a few hours.
