    Thankfully I was able to find the window I needed to replace the one I had to break out to get access to my car or be stranded. Unfortunately though I found out that any other parts I needed at this time were few and far between due to this one only being made for 3 years. (Ford Freestyle)

    I had high hopes. Can’t say it was a complete waste. But had ordered a trunk lid and tail light. Received the trunk lid but the tail light was cancelled. Was told I’d be receiving the $ cost back for the tail light so I ordered another tail light and received the wrong one. It’s been over 2 weeks since they “issued the refund” and I have yet to receive the refund for the first tail light that was cancelled. Have spoke to a few people and feel like I have been getting the run around. Also spoke with my bank and there is no pending credit. That I can dispute it. Which I will be doing. However I did receive the refund for the second tail light. This is extremely frustrating and has consumed more time than it should have. I do not like to give reviews but this has been ridiculous.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND!! their whole system NEEDS to change. first, I ordered a part over the phone cause they refuse to take an order in person. I ordered at the Nampa location on Monday, and they said they have the part at their Caldwell location just a few miles away, but said I cannot pick it up in caldwell and that they have to have it transported to the Nampa location for pickup. they told me the part should be in Tuesday around Mid day. I call at 1:30 on Tuesday to confirm if my part has shown up and they said it had been checked into a shuttle from Caldwell in the AM on Tuesday and won't arrive in Nampa until Wednesday. The fact that it takes TWO DAYS to transfer a simple Shifter assembly less than 10 miles is astoundingly terrible service. I will never use LKQ again and won't recommend their service to anyone.

    Dan was great. His crew pulled a subaru wheel for us. It didn't quite match the ones we had and he quickly found one that did and had it pulled within an hour. Thanks so much for the speedy and kind help!

    The customer service really needs an overhaul. I ordered and payed for 2 used items over the phone and never received my purchase receipt even after speaking to 2 different people. One of the items was deleted in my cart by them and was never gotten a hold of to be informed or about a refund. I tried to get in touch with Katherine,the sale rep who sold me the items, for help on getting a refund on the 2nd item 3 times and she never picked up the phone even when I left a voicemail. The 1 item I did receive was in pretty good condition so I can't complain on it. After multiple times I was finally able to get a hold of someone who issued the refund for the 1 item. Next time I would rather try someplace different though.

    Great company, no complaints here. Needed a rim for my Honda Pilot. They didn’t have any locally but were able to have it shipped for free from Portland and received it the very next day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and great to work with. The price was unbeatable and way cheaper than anything I could find online or at local junk yards. Definitely will do business with again.

    NO stars , totally misleading advertising. Purchased engine , described as" complete", got engine with parts missing .... exhaust header, throttle body, ignition coils. Phoned and complained, 5 mins later got email saying thanks for long block purchase ! Not what advertised , Not what bought !, totally misleading, very rude and Starlette Greene tried to tell me what a complete engine is ! You can't replace a complete engine with a long block ! TOTAL SCAM ! Not the people to do buisiness with !

    Parts are good and prices can be decent, low availability on older stuff. Part that kills me is the customer service, the wait time sucks just to go in person and pick up a part already paid for. There is one guy in the front so its not his fault, needs 2 people up there at the minimum.

    Bob, who is the only guy who answers the phone, is totally useless. I actually give him the part number to the part I need and he can’t find it. I can google the part number online but he can’t find it? Huh? So I ask to speak to a manager and he says that there isn’t one. After a frustrating 20 minutes I still don’t get any service. I’ll never use this company ever again. I’d rather pay freight from anyone online than call this company again. Don’t waste your time with them, order online.

    I use LKQ Barger to find used parts for my vehicles when something breaks or needs to be replaced. I have never been disappointed with the condition of the used parts I have purchased. I always call first to locate a part and the phone staff is extremely helpful. When I pick up my parts the counter staff is excellent and help inspect the part I purchased. Highly recommend using these people.

    Terrible..... ordered a part and waited 2 weeks and did not hear anything. Went in and asked about the part and they said somehow the order was cancelled. Re-ordered the part, they said it would be in on Wednesday. Came in Wednesday and they said they were not sure why it wasn’t here and would call me and let me know. 3 days go by, no call. Stop in and they tell me that part was damaged. So we try to order another one and now mysteriously there are non available. Wasted 3.5 weeks on this company and now have to get it somewhere else.

    One of the worst company I ever deal with . I buy a transmission from them when my machine installed it . It did not work . I call them for the solution. They didn’t give me positive response. There service and parts are totally garbage. It’s better to spend extra buy new one from dealer.

    Very good company. BOB RWETZEL is no the worse salesmen.. no way. I been doing business with him even with the old company for more than 10 years and always was very professional and accurate on my orders, Now Hector is the one taking care for our commercial account and he is excellent. maybe you guys that are no happy need to learn how to deal with a busy company and play the way you can have parts by the next day with out charge for shipping.

    LKQ never does me wrong. Their employees are super good, really helpful, courteous, service-minded people. That is quite amazing because typically this industry is filled with dishonest, insincere people who don't know the first thing about customer service. Prices are always awesome, and almost everything has some kind of warranty period which is also tough to come by in this industry. LKQ has saved me a huge amount of money over the years--I'm a customer for life.

    Place is an absolute joke. I had to have them order a part for my vehicle, they ordered the WRONG part 3 times. 3! The staff/pullers are completely oblivious to anything automotive what so ever. I brought the part each time with me to show them and they acted as if it was from another planet. Rude,disrespectful, unhelpful. The part was never correctly ordered and they refused to try to correctly order it after I became frustrated. Worst experience I've had with customer service period.

    I returned a part and called a week after it was supposed to be refunded. They said the problem was fixed and I should get a refund in 1-2 business days. It's been another 7 business days. The guy on the phone was nice, but didn't fix the problem at all. Every time I've gone in, the customer service is terrible.

    Ridiculous pricing. I called in for a window motor and was told $65 a piece. That's almost twice what I could get it for from rock auto for a band new motor and $25 more than what O'Reilly would charge me for the same. What ever happened to used part prices with new party warranty. I believe that it's false advertising. This place is a joke. Better to just get one from Jalopy Jungle and take the gamble that it might not work.

    Stopped to look for tires. I knew the 2 sizes I was looking for when the salesperson recommended a different size saying it was only 5mm difference in height since the aspect ratio (middle number) was a 65 vs a 60. First off good for him to recommend something that he believes is in the customers best interest. However when I went to correct him that the aspect ratio is the sidewall height as a percentage of the cross sectional width (first number) and you would then have to multiply that by 2 since you have to count the sidewall twice to get the actual height of the tire, he stated Belligerently, "well then everyone who works here is wrong". Realising he was young and immature, as we all once were, I pulled out my phone and pulled up an example and definitions on the first website I found so he does not keep misinforming customers. At that time he had another sales person behind the counter again telling me I am wrong and it is only 5mm height difference and that is only 1/6". Here is the actual scenario 225/60r16 vs 225/65r16. Difference of 5 in the aspect ratio, so 225 x 5%=11.25mm. 11.25mm x 2 (since there are 2 sidewalls in a height of a tire) = 22.5 mm difference or .88". So I guess all of LKQ is misinformed.....

    I was helped by Jason at Barger auto parts who was very friendly and helped me find a great deal on the part I needed. After I drove out there thinking I could pick up the part they realized the part wasn't ready yet so he gave me a discount. As far as I'm concerned they have good and friendly customer service.

    Garbage company didnt tell me there was an additional $40 core fee. They said the part I needed was from my make and model car. Turns out the part is off a 5 year OLDER vehicle. And I wont even get my $40 back (core fee) in a timely manner. I have to wait and hope they send me a check in the mail. NEVER doing business with these guys again. I know they're part of a bigger company but they seemed fly by night

    Well I will say the price is low but you get the headache you pay for. The canceled one order to move that payment to another part that I paid for. So I paid for the part again that I originally paid for and then re-paid for the 1st part I ordered that was to be shipped direct to my door step. Well I showed up today. But, apparently they marked it as a COD so according to UPS I owed UPS 71 dollars for this part that I have paid for twice already. Complete waste of my time. So now I out the part I need for another day or two at least. I would not and cannot recommend anyone shop here. For any reason.

    They're okay if you want to get a component like if you need a wire harness for a door well you got to buy the whole door that blows. Barbara Madison sure you didn't even have to do that just say what you want boom then hook it up just pay for it that was awesome I miss those guys

    Meh. Customer service skills need a little work here. Need to upgrade their online search and add PICTURES so one doesn't chase things they don't have. And maybe upgrade their in house inventory to search at other locations nationwide. If they don't have the part locally and it's in Timbuktu, well get it, I want it.

    horrible!!!! called and told them I needed two grey door panels for a 4 door f350, one of my work trucks, three days later they call and tell me they are finally pulled. I send one of my drivers down to get them one of them was red and the other was for a 97 Honda civic!!!! so they find one grey one and its for a 2 door!!! what in the absolute f#$%

    Very rude... Very unprofessional. Called and had the part I needed held for me. Or so I thought. When I got there the guy behind the counter couldn't find me in his computer. After staring at me like he didn't know what I wanted I finally asked him if he could just look the part up for me. He then found it and said ot was across the street at his warehouse and they will bring it right over. 25 minutes later a guy walks in with a starter motor and tosses it on the countervand walked away. When I picked it up a bunch of water poured out of it. When I mentioned it to the guy ringing me up he looked at me and said "So... What? You dont want it now?? I regretfully bought the starter only to get it home and install it to find out it doesn't work... Go figure.. Stay away from these guys. Worst parts yard ever!!!
