If I could give zero stars I would. Called only about an hour ago and was told the part I needed was in stock, drove all the way from downtown Boise to Nampa in a faulty vehicle(only option) to pick up the part. Got to their location just to find the doors locked, with two other obviously upset customers stating this was a regular occurrence for them. Called the number again and they just say "Oh we just learned 30 minutes ago that the guy is out sick so they are closed today.", would have been nice if they could have checked to see if anyone was even running their store before they told me I was good to go ahead and drive all the way out there to get the parts I needed.

Wow it's refreshing to find a place that helps the customer out I had a difficult part that I needed for an odd vehicle. Not only did they have it available it was a lower price than jalopy jungle and I didn't have to take it out of the vehicle myself. It actually cost less than if I was to buy the same part at jalopy which it wasn't a guarantee of the correct fit this was a perfect fit. Thank you to the team at the Nampa LKQ you guys are amazing I appreciate you the whole team you guys are awesome.

Terrible customer service. They hang up the phone constantly . You’ve to make several calls until they get yours and when they do they just hang up on you. This has happened to me in two different times. The first one I bought a transmission the second I didn’t buy anything. It’s beyond rude what they do.
