I would give 5 stars, however..They've made some return policy changes, warranty changes, and significant price changes..not a fan of these changes, affects the prices and customer service significantly. Rumor has it's due to employee dishonesty and lack of company loyalty throughout the corporation. I Dont feel that the consumer should suffer because of dishonesty amongst the employee workforce.

Well it was a junkyard as far as junk yards go however they do not keep track of what parts were taken off the particular vehicle you need a part from. The downside of that is the part that you need maybe missing from the vehicle where they send you to. So you had better have a plan b in place before you go.

Extremely disappointed with LKQ and their new return policy. Be smart with your money and buy used elsewhere. Between all their fees most of their stuff cost less anywhere else. They do not inventory or test anything in their yard. Nothing you buy here comes with a standard guarantee so if you waste your time pulling a part and what you purchase ends up being faulty they will not exchange or return it unless you spend about 30% more and buy their 90 warranty. At that point you’re better off just buying your part from a reputable salvage yard that pulls the part for you and gives you a standard 30 day warranty. They sell used batteries for about $50 when you can literally pick up a brand new one at Walmart for about the same. Be smart with your time and money and use the same device your reading this review from to order your parts online or browse pricing. Car-part.com is good for that.

There's no lower rating than zero!!! this company is a total scam, and I've noticed that many of the reviews are fake!! they care absolutely nothing about customers except for their own pockets, I drove almost 2 hours and paid $3 just to get in and pay almost $70 in gas at $4 PG and not to mention almost a whole day loss because they told me they had the car and the parts I was looking for only to find the car almost completely empty!!!I will not rest until until I get all my money back and everyone knows about this scammers ❗

Showed up today 15 min before they closed… they locked the doors and wouldn’t let me in. I tried to explain that I knew the exact location of the car that I needed to pull a part from and the guy wouldn’t let me enter. I hauled over here to make it in time, if you’re not going to allow customers in past 445 then DONT PUT THAT YOU CLOSE AT 5. Then I watch as another guy talks this rude employee into letting him go in and get the part he needs. I really am curious to know how any company would ever allow a customer to be treated this way. I understand if I showed up later but 15 min was plenty of time to run up and grab a gun cap. Oh well, that’ll be the last time I come here. Get your staff to respect paying customers. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. 👎👎

You can go online and see a list of the cars they have. They had 4 cars similar to ours. They don't have a list of what parts have been sold off the cars. We needed the heater temperature control unit. The part was either missing or was the wrong part on each of the four cars. My grandson and I each had to pay $3 to go into the yard and look for the part we needed, only to find they didn't have it. We wasted $6. They would not refund the money.

Talk about nickle and diming me for every little thing! Wow. $3 bucks to get in the door and the car I needed parts off of wasn't even there. Despite their website showing it! Huge waste of time and no refund. Also if you return a part to get your money back you will not be refunded the environmental fee. They keep that. Which is wrong. Call the department of revenue on them to see if they are reporting all that extra income they make to the state.
