Had no issues talking to them the first 2 times about a roof rack crossbars. they told me the item was in great shape and that they had to get it from another store or warehouse, and it would be ready to pick up in a few days, no problem there at all. Paid for it and was told that it would be ready do pickup the beginning of the following week. The problem started when they said that would be ready, no one answered any of the several calls I made, left voicemails and got no returns, even sent a text message to the number that the sent me for a payment link. Still no response.
