Not always open during stated business hours so call or text for availability. Full of great hard to find items. Especially good for windows with a large selection at at least half the price of retail.

I picked up a vintage Kitchenaid stand mixer for $25. I guess this particular Kitchenaid was built by Hobart (1950s) and is one of the bonafide commercial quality mixer you could buy for your kitchen at that time. It is also barely used for its age. I repainted and polished the aluminum and it's wonderful!

Nate was very helpful in finding a replacement door for our 101-year-old house. Great service and a friendly attitude. Wide selection of hard-to-find items. Going back tomorrow for more stuff.

Rather a wasted trip over.I regret this operation appears to expect Home Depot prices for its materials, on a Sanford & Son presentation. (Post-Boomers will have to look that one up.) Inventory is haphazardly stacked. covered in filth, much of it damaged, and most of it with no prices marked, always a bad sign. I was shocked when finally given an expected price for an item. Expect no bargains here. (This explains why much of the inventory appears to have been there for years.) You might find what you want, at a price you wish to pay, but I think the likelihood of that is quite small.

A unique place with lots for you to look thru. Lots of used windows, from modern to old wooden double hungs. Doors, hardware, some old electronics, small appliances and even saw a cute mini pop corn maker. Worth the trip for me as I found the pair of small transom windows I was looking for. Absolutely recommend.

A great find! Great inventory and best of all is the owner Nate. I was a difficult customer. Due to circumstance I was unable to pick up my merchandise or even communicate when I'd be there. Nate handled it graciously. They will be certainly one of my go to places for material.

If the son is there, don't bother. He won't negotiate and the prices are outrageous. The father understands how to move product and is not only willing to deal, but is fun during the process. A lot of the stuff is junk, but if you take your time to look, you can get, for example, new solid core doors for about $50, glass block for less than $5, and sinks for $15.
