    BE AWARE! This place is very deceitful and not transparent when it comes to items for sale. Some items for sale are not in the price list which allows them to name their own price on the spot. They also nit pick and charge for every little tiny piece that might be attached to a item that you would normally pay one price for. Next they proceed to charge extra for a warranty on each item without asking for permission to do so. You have to tell them you do not want it because they will not mention that option to you. After it is all said and done, they charge you a 7% "environmental fee" on your entire purchase which is not posted or listed anywhere on their price list or anywhere at the place of business. This fee is also not refundable if you make a return. The environmental fee seems to be the most deceitful in the pricing of their items. They should have that charge and the percentage posted on their website and at the place of business. After it is all said and done, be prepared to add at least 13.75% to the price of what they have in there price list.

    Used to be better. They used to have a 30 day return on all defective parts. Now they want you to pay extra to have the option to be able to return those. They sell it has optional warranty. SCAM!)!!

    LKQ just keeps raising there prices.And the Greensboro yard does not even organize there yard.All cars go in one spot all truck in another. Just takes the customer longer to find the car or truck they are looking for.Used to be the best in every way now they are becoming the worst

    Absolute waste of an hour or so of my time, trying to find some way to get information. What a terrible way to do businessI found a vehicle at a location ~ an hour away, but need a part that is not an option on the list (2003 Honda Element, front axle carrier bearing). I tried calling and chose option 3 for parts pricing, but the system just informed me of the website and didn't let me talk to a person.I called back and chose option 2, as though I had a vehicle to sell and spoke to a guy in Tampa, FL who had no more information than what the site has and was not able to be of more help than the site. He suggested I go to the location where the vehicle is and speak to the people there and they could tell me if the part was present before I even walked out into the yard. I asked for a number to call them, since the location was not close to me and he said there were no numbers for any of the locations.

    Great place to get car parked at a good price half-price something previously at the parts store for $200 got it there for less than 10 definitely recommend indefinitely we'll be using this in the future

    I haven't made it down there yet BUT.. over the fon n online everyone is helpful and online I'm not getting confused I'm having my questions answered easily. I'm very happy so far and I haven't even made it to the property yet.... Ty..

    Don't try calling this Business , after you enter all the information their automatic message center asks you , Their phone will hang up on you . I tryed 8 times calling them.in 6 hours and always got hung up on . How about.a little less automated answering calls , And a little more Customer service ? I'm very disappointed 😞 in reaching this business . I won't be calling a non answering Business anymore , As A customer needs parts & can't reach anyone .

    They converted parts list to only online listing but how do you forget to list transmission pricing no telling what else is not listed and u call the number and press 1 to confirm area 3 for parts listing and it hangs up after telling you 2 times to look it up online then when u call and press 2 to sell a car they can't help either lady told me I hafta go all the way to lkq just to ask the price then how unhelpful is that so go waist 15$ in gas to ask a question so u can price a part to help someone else out ssshhhesshh
