I agree with Jeff D to a point. You certainly want to know what you're doing when you go in there because the employee speaking to me may not. In fact, I was told there was no automatic 30-day warranty any longer, which was news to me so, I paid it. But I didn't previous visits even though they charged me automatically I made them take it off before I ran my credit card. Last time the guy wouldn't take it off that's when he told me, a lie. Now , I don't know if he knew that it was a lie, he may have been misinformed or just incorrect. And I don't like the fact that they charge an environmental fee on something that has no environmental damage or any special needs to dispose of. So why pass that cost on to the consumer why because they're lining their pockets. And as far as pricing, to my knowledge, the places that I go this is the most expensive place in the area. Of course it's the only pull a part that I know of in Greensboro. Sometimes I make the trip to Winston-Salem Patterson avenue. Much cheaper but you only get a store credit and not cash like this place. Which is fine if they have another part that you can go get but sometimes they don't, then where are you? So, half a dozen and one and six of the other. Also, it used to be a lot less s*** laying around on the ground. Count your blessings on that. Because when they pick the stuff up all they do is throw it in your way. When you get there you have to move the s*** out of your way to get the part you want. Whereas they pile parts and stuff on the car in the interior on the front of the car whatever the case may be. I don't know why they don't pick it up and just dispose of it. Please don't take my advice, because all that will do is increase the cost of the parts for us. LOL... I haven't found any research to say that they're doing anything wrong with the environmental fee but I still don't like it. From what I can tell they pay environmental fees for stuff like oil, antifreeze disposal and stuff like that. So why are they charging me an environmental fee on a starter that they get paid to dispose of my core by the way of scrap metal.

Context: for the first time ever, broke off my mirror on my poor camry trying to avoid the dumpster truck in our neighborhood and had to duct tape it to the door till I got to the yard. Well pulled up the website, typed in my car, it showed me the compatible options on the yard, now sadly it doesn't guarantee the part is there, but I was looking for the same paint color replacement so I wouldn't have to order a black one & have to repaint it. So I went in, started from the newest one, which did have one but it was meh, so I worked my way back to the back and sure enough the one at the back had a much better looking one. After taking 4 mirrors off to make sure the connectors were the same, I grabbed the better one. Checked out, and even got the warranty just in case the connector was not working. And thank goodness, it fit perfectly & had power to it. Now no more broken mirror. Even wiped it down really good with the wipes I had in the car. May even spray a little clear coat on it just to better protect it. Also managed to get a replacement rear bumper from them a couple months ago. 😁

Big waste of time. The pictures are when they get the car in and not after they place them in the spot. What they do is they set the cars on old rims. Chances are if you need something underneath the car, for instance we needed a rear bump, it will have been smashed in the process of them setting the car down. Definitely call and see if there’s a way to get an updated picture what they have online is not accurate.
