Worse dealer ever. They lied about pricing when you are calling in, then after arriving there they changed it to full price. Not only that the front desk lady is really unprofessional. She will make you wait for her to get done talking to her friends before attending to you which she did to me 3 times which was not even related to work. She is also rude as well. They also lied that the car was a clean title which it isn’t. Had to find out the hard way.

Sent me an engine, shipper lost it, and shipper will only pay to the place that shipped it and that was M-97, all they need to do is make a call get the refund and send it to me and they don't seem interested in doing that for me, never return calls or money. They say to talk to Joe but he is never there when I call, 10 times in the last month, they said they would issue refund last week and still have not done it!

I’m from Minnesota and I called on a Friday and inquired about a complete set (all 3 rows) of leather seats for my 2019 Traverse. Their price couldn’t be beat and for an extra charge they put them all on a pallet and had them trucked to me in MN. I had them the following week. Really smooth transaction.

Joe was great help. Went out if his way to take care of me on a part that I really needed. I will definitely do business with him again.

Came there after they told me i can get a vehicle for a certain price just to get me in. After i arrived the lady that handles everything was on the phone with her friends for a good 10 mins more than a few timws before attending to me. I always have a great experience at M97 when I need to purchase parts. Lowest prices in town and the staff is always so helpful in answering any questions I have to ensure I’m getting the correct part for my vehicle.

Came in on a Saturday first time here they were quick and straight to it! Communication was great received my part in less than 10 minutes in freezing temperatures! 👍🏽

Purchased a part online through their website. To no avail, I had not received the air cleaner box a week later. I called the store to find out that the part purchased was salvaged by someone prior to shipping and that I would be refunded through PayPal. Another week goes by and I have no refund. I talk to both Lianne and Joe who state they will “leave a note for the manger” but there was never any follow up. Was also told the “manager” was out of town. Was given the run around multiple times and still no refund. No one has reached out to me to fix the issue. Would not recommend this place for any autopart needs just based off of their customer service.

I would like to tell people everyone don’t go m97 auto parts 👎 it’s a horrible service you buying parts they give you broken parts and when you going tell them it’s a broke you have to refund my money or give me another one because it’s broke they don’t respect you they really mean to you they tell you buy parts from here you live here that’s it this is your we cannot give you money back we can’t give you another parts so i’m recommended don’t go to this place you can find a lot of junkyard in the Detroit. Don’t waste your time your money!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This place is nothing but scams. If you buy car from them you better walk out with title in hand or you won't receive it the mail an they will give you the run around about getting charged over 500 dollars in transfer fees and plate fees and got neither in the mail.
