This place is a gem for affordable parts. Same convenience and professional environment of chain stores. Good quality used parts and friendly service. I was so fortunate to find this place when I did. After purchasing my alternator from them, they were able to find me a “dealer only” part for my used vehicle at another store but I opted to wait for them to get it to give them my business. They give you a fair warranty on the parts as well. I will always shop here first for my vehicles. Will went above and beyond helping me. He drove a long way, paid me cash, and got my title. Only to find that the collision shop where I left it had a car in the way. They wouldn't let us move it and when asked to get it out of the way, only blurted "We're on lunch!" Will graciously said, "It's MY car now. I'll take care of it. You just go on home." Couldn't ask for a nicer guy. I highly recommend his services. Thumbs UP!

I could not be any happier with my experience with GLR! I called at 9:30am, and my car is currently being picked up at 10:50am. Not only a super fast pickup, they offered me the best pricing from any scrapyard within 25 miles (I called quite a few). The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone had great customer service and was beyond friendly. Worse dealer ever. They lied about pricing when you are calling in, then after arriving there they changed it to full price. Not only that the front desk lady is really unprofessional. She will make you wait for her to get done talking to her friends before attending to you which she did to me 3 times which was not even related to work. She is also rude as well. They also lied that the car was a clean title which it isn’t. Had to find out the hard way.
