Waited 2 hours for them to take a picture of a door so we could see it before buying it. Then we waited another 2 hours for them to actually pull the door. Most of the employees weren’t doing much but sitting on their phones or flipping through papers. When we received the door it was completely stripped of all interior. Before getting it I had asked if had all the interior attached and the guy said yes. He had failed to mention we would be getting the part hollowed. We still ended up paying $160 for it because no one else had the door we needed. They don’t value customers time. They fail to mention details of the actual product you’ll be receiving. It’s sketchy, for real! If I’m spending money I want to know exactly what I’m getting. Honesty is an important part of keeping loyal customers. We don’t mind waiting, just not 4 hours.

This is the only place out of about 20 I tried that even had a car like mine. I was so happy when they told me they not only had my part but had 3 of them. I have an 06 Honda Piolet and who knew they would be hard to find. Really good on prices and didn't take long to get the part. Only thing is I wish they had already took it off and ready cause I told them I'd be coming to get it

Drove 4hrs to get parts they said were perfect and refused to go check for me or pull until arriving. All 4 parts I went for were broken and basically called me a liar when I said they refused to check them regardless of how far I was driving for them. One of the employees cared but had no say he felt bad. The rest were just full of themselves. Do not recommend.

Great dudes! Smart dudes!! I'm so glad that I was recommended to go go to Marshalls. Make sure to allow time for them to pull the part once you get there.I overheard someone get yelled at on the phone twice for that.Super nice professional guys!! Will be back

Came from Cincinnati; I let them know when I left I'd be there in 2 hours. Found out after I got there they had a policy of not pulling parts unless the customer is there, which is understandable, but that would have been nice to know the multiple times I spoke to them on the phone about these parts. Not immaterial, either way, but relevant. My wife and I got lunch while we waited (the Donatos in town is awesome, by the way), and he called to tell me his employee had started pulling the parts I needed. Great! Mind you, if these were currently commercially available parts I'd have simply bought them new, I don't generally buy used parts unless it's something that hasn't been produced in a long time.We came back, knowing that it shouldn't take more than 15-20 minutes to pull SN95 Mustang spindles with basic hand tools, he said there was an issue with a caliper bolt. That didn't matter to me since I'll be in a shop setting when I service the spindles, so I told him to just sell me the calipers too and I'll take the whole thing.20 minutes later, I ask if he'd had a chance to tell his technician to just bring the spindles and calipers up, he said no, and exasperatedly explained that he was short staffed. I sighed, and said ok, and he told me "sighing isn't going to make it any faster"."Why are you treating me like an a**hole?" I asked. "Because you are one"I explained my frustrations with his poorly equipped and organized facility, including his failure to communicate expectations on the phone with customers, and he took that opportunity to be rude and elevate his tone with me. I took this opportunity to depart.Hopefully he understands that he not only wasted my time, but his employee's hour and a half of pulling parts I was not only prepared, but excited to exchange money for.I've spent tons of money with many junkyards over the past few decades on hard to find, no longer produced parts. Not only is this the worst service I've had from one, but it's the first time I've had bad service at one. I'll continue to use the (more expensive) great place south of Indianapolis that's almost two hours further from me in the future for hard to find parts; accounting for other time lost, it ends up being a wash.

My husband just sold his car to them, they offered a little more then what Pick N Pull had offered him. Took about half an hour to do the paperwork, check out the car and give my husband a check.

Waited for 75 minutes for my part to get the part pulled. Apparently it was a busy day during my visit. Aside, friendly staff and a great place for hard to find OEM parts from salvaged cars at reasonable prices.

Ordered a part through uneedapart.com and I got exactly what I needed. It took them a couple of days to get their order request but it came quickly, even out of state!!!

Check them out before you come so you know they have what you need. Prices are reasonable & they are nice folks. I used to deliver auto parts to local shops for a national company, and I also work on my own vehicles, and it's universally known to avoid Marshalls if you can.I only went there for a cheap stock Chevy rim which I knew they had already pulled and had it in a large bay next to the lobby. Even though my part was literally 30ft from where I was standing it still took about a half hour to get someone to get it.Local shops won't use them because they refuse to pull parts unless you're sitting in the lobby. No mechanic is going to waste two to three hours sitting in a lobby when they have work to do, and Marshalls refuses to pull, even if you pay in full, in advance.Marshalls doesn't need your business, and they're not shy about letting you know it. Avoid them unless you have absolutely no choice or are simply buying pre-pulled rims.
