Everyone was upbeat and friendly. I lucked out, as there was no one ahead of me, and they took my Terrain right in.I could have gotten my tire rotation free, from where I bought my tires, but chose to go ahead and let Coughlin do it, not only to make it a one stop routine, but also so that they could relearn my screen, where it tells me my tire pressure, so it will read the correct pressure readings.I used a $10.00 coupon where Coughlin sent me to use towards an oil change; which I certainly appreciated getting.They got my oil changed and tires rotated in just a hair over an hour, while I waited.I was very pleased, all the way around, with the service and visit.

I took my vehicle in for a transmission issue, it took 2 days to diagnose . 5 days to get the part from WV. The part was sent Ground service, When I questioned the service advisor ED, he indicated we don’t pay for that. Additionally they had no rentals to offer me because of their cars being sold due product availability. The part arrive 5 days later only to be damaged. They ordered the same part from another location via overnight service and it was installed after 9 days in their shop. I picked up the truck (day 10 ) only to find a vibrating in the middle of the truck. I returned it to the shop and wrote up another service ticket. They called the next afternoon at 4 pm to come pick-up. 11 days to install a transfer case. I Initiated 70% of the calls to find out status on my truck. I requested a call from service manger John H on 1/30/22and have yet to hear from him as of this post 2/9/22. I realize the labor market is strained, providing empathetic service and closing the loop does require a cost it’s requires care.
