Everyone was upbeat and friendly. I lucked out, as there was no one ahead of me, and they took my Terrain right in.I could have gotten my tire rotation free, from where I bought my tires, but chose to go ahead and let Coughlin do it, not only to make it a one stop routine, but also so that they could relearn my screen, where it tells me my tire pressure, so it will read the correct pressure readings.I used a $10.00 coupon where Coughlin sent me to use towards an oil change; which I certainly appreciated getting.They got my oil changed and tires rotated in just a hair over an hour, while I waited.I was very pleased, all the way around, with the service and visit.

I took my vehicle in for a transmission issue, it took 2 days to diagnose . 5 days to get the part from WV. The part was sent Ground service, When I questioned the service advisor ED, he indicated we don’t pay for that. Additionally they had no rentals to offer me because of their cars being sold due product availability. The part arrive 5 days later only to be damaged. They ordered the same part from another location via overnight service and it was installed after 9 days in their shop. I picked up the truck (day 10 ) only to find a vibrating in the middle of the truck. I returned it to the shop and wrote up another service ticket. They called the next afternoon at 4 pm to come pick-up. 11 days to install a transfer case. I Initiated 70% of the calls to find out status on my truck. I requested a call from service manger John H on 1/30/22and have yet to hear from him as of this post 2/9/22. I realize the labor market is strained, providing empathetic service and closing the loop does require a cost it’s requires care.

I absolutely love my new vehicle! It arrived just in time for me to bring my new baby home in it! Barbie was amazing to work with and kept me up to date from the time I ordered the vehicle until it arrived at the dealership! Thank you Barbie for making my first brand new vehicle purchase an amazing experience!

This was the best car sales experience I have ever had. From our first visit where we were just looking and test driving, our salesman Randy was a pleasure to deal with and he never tried to hard sell us. That instantly made us want to do business with him! Because there is so little stock on the lot right now we had to special order but Randy also made that a pleasant process. I told him what I wanted, he put the order in and kept me updated on the status. Because I am a couple hours away he even worked with me to have the vehicle delivered to me! I am in a lease and will definitely return to Coughlin when this lease is up!

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I asked the girl how much it was. She said $69.99 and up to which I replied what makes it go up. She said the amount of oil I need. I had specified what kind of car I had. Knowing what kind of car I have you should know how much oil it takes, I do. So there should not be varying prices. It should be the one price.Then, I showed the coupon after the oil change and I had finally gotten an exact price and they were frustrated because i I didn’t tell them about the coupon. That tells me that there’s something rotten going on. When I have to be that careful about checking to see if I’m getting an actual price or people get upset because they didn’t know before the oil change that there was a coupon, there’s too much to question

It was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jodie and Ben made the process very easy. I will definitely buy from Coughlin again.

Bill Smith of the Circleville Coughlin GM Service was excellent the other day when I took my Colorado in for regular service. I did inform him that sometimes the gear shift would stick and create a problem with removing my ignition key but that I could not always replicate the problem. He documented the problem and informed me that if I find time to leave it in the near future that he would have the group look at it. I guarantee I will be in as soon as it warms up.

We had a drivers window that would not open. Appt was made for a Monday at 9:30. Issue was repaired same day. All good.

Jodie and Ben were referred to us by a friend. They were amazing. We were fortunate to work with them and will do so again when it comes time to do it again.

Service team is very nice and make you feel comfortable. Always enjoy the Coughlin personal. Robert Huffman I believe is his name, is always very nice and helpful. Even walking around looking at vehicles for sale, the sales team is very nice. I want to buy a Camaro or Corvette from Coughlin in the very near future. I have nothing but good things to say about Coughlin Circleville. I've been getting the oil changed in my Camaro from Coughlin Circleville for some time now and the mechanics and service team have been great.
