Everyone was upbeat and friendly. Then we waited another 2 hours for them to actually pull the door. Most of the employees weren’t doing much but sitting on their phones or flipping through papers. When we received the door it was completely stripped of all interior. Before getting it I had asked if had all the interior attached and the guy said yes. He had failed to mention we would be getting the part hollowed. We still ended up paying $160 for it because no one else had the door we needed.They don’t value customers time. They fail to mention details of the actual product you’ll be receiving. It’s sketchy, for real! If I’m spending money I want to know exactly what I’m getting. Honesty is an important part of keeping loyal customers. We don’t mind waiting, just not 4 hours.
