A good friend bought a sunroof from this company. Modern Auto Wreckers delivered the wrong size for the quoted vehicle. On return, the sunroof was delivered broken to Modern Auto Wreckers (a FedEx delivery). It was returned in the same packaging in which it had been delivered. Neither the Modern Auto Wreckers (through any shipper's liability and insurance) nor FedEx (the shipper) will accept responsibility.

My daughter ordered a part and the lady at the desk ordered the wrong part. My 19 your old works hard and she had to repeat 3 times to the lady behind the desk what part she needed and then to get the wrong part. She went somewhere else because of their mistakes she missed two days of work waiting for the part and then a third day because of the weekend. They kept half the cost of the part because of their mistakes! I too have gone to them for parts but no more. They rip people off and take advantage of teens when they're alone returning a part. They make a mistake and it's your fault. Now right
