WOW! Customer service at this store is terrific! I walked in to see happy employees welcoming me to the store. Angel greeted me immediately. I made my purchase and Ben offered to put my lugnuts on for me. Nicole came out as well to check the rest and make sure they were all on tight. I definitely recommend this store!

This is the incorrect auto zone.. the auto zone was on veterans 1500 block... sorry for the confusion.. picayune store is great !!!The gm Walt and the manager was great and very very helpful. The assistant manager was very rude and snatched my receipt out of my hand very rudely.. sorry Walt for the 1 star rating. Took me some time to decide if I was going to leave a review or not..

Make sure you know EXACTLY what you need before you get here because if you seem unsure they will try to sell you a bunch of junk you don't even need on top of what you already asked for. The people always act nice like they want to help you but I think they just take advantage of people who don't know what is going on in their car. Also, if you are ordering something to be sent from another store, ask them to actually show you what they order before they do. I needed a RUBBER seal to change a throttle body and I come back and this is what they try to give me. It says "seal" alright but it surely isn't rubber like I asked for, its like they didn't even look at what they were ordering as they did it either.

I have had good experiences with my shopping here. I get my parts when I need them, I get the very respectful and polite staff members who help meet my needs. They are a bunch of wonderful people who take time with their customers. My pàrts are always right. Getting in the zone turned out a very nice experience.
