They could not find the right parts for my job. Refused to help. Left my customer stuck because they where unwilling to do anything for us. And if that wasn't enough they where over 2 hours late on there delivery. Big O tires will no longer be using them for any parts

Me and one other person in store took 25 min for someone to even say something to me. 3 employees walking around not doing anything. Worst Customer service don't recomend wont return.
